Comfortable stay!
Pros:

- All staff are so friendly!
- Room was beautiful and spacious
- breakfast buffet had a great selection
- Location is great - near Pavilion and Bukit Bintang

Splendide !
Pros:

Splendide hotel, chambre spacieuse confortable, personnel aux petits soins et le buffet du petit déjeuner est juste incroyable, le choix est impressionant. L'emplacement est parfait, tout a côté du centre commercial Pavillon et à 10mns de marche des magnifiques tours Petronas.

Cons:

Le bruit incessant de la soufflerie à la piscine et la musique trop forte et non stop fait que ce n'est pas reposant. Il serait bien venu de ne pas mettre de musique.

Excellent Location, Great Breakfast, and Comfortable Stay in Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre - Hotel & Residences and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Check-in & Service:
Check-in and check-out were extremely quick and smooth. The staff throughout the hotel were professional and welcoming. A special mention to the breakfast staff who were very friendly and always ready to help with requests.

Room & Comfort:
The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which made sleeping easy after long days exploring the city. I also appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room, which was restocked daily.

Location (Excellent):
The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. The hotel has a dedicated taxi pick-up and drop-off area, which makes transport easy without dealing with busy streets.

3–4 minute walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

4 minute walk to MyNews supermarket

Around 15 minute walk to Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park

Breakfast:
Breakfast was very good with a large variety of dishes. What I liked most was that the menu changed slightly every day, which is something many big hotels do not do. There was also the option to order a few à-la-carte items, which was a nice bonus.

Facilities:
The swimming pool area was great for relaxing after a day out. The water was a bit cool in February but still enjoyable. The view from the room was beautiful, with a nice city skyline and a partial view of the Twin Towers.

Overall:
Great location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.
