酒店服务太棒了 ， 生日月份还给了我一个惊喜❤️ 有蛋糕有折动物毛巾还有谁写的祝贺卡。
员工都带着笑容， 非常的亲切。

Pros:

Location was excellent. Service was good. Breakfast was decent. Gym was very good.

We got the apartment. The carpets were not very clean, and the bedding was not good quality.

Wonderful place for family, especially if you want more space to accommodate multiple individuals.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, easy walk to the Pavilion KL mall and other attractions. They also had some good restaurants within the hotel.

Cons:

The kitchen was a bit outdated and the stove didn't have enough power to boil water and the cookware needs to be replaced. The nonstick pan and pots had bad scratches and I would definitely not use them for safety reasons. No laundry machine.

Much better places very close by
Cons:

The place feels old and not very well maintained compared to the other hotels around. We choose it because of the breakfast and the location to petronas towers, but it takes over 20 minutes walking to the towers and the breakfast is very average.
