الفندق جميل ولكن محتاجيين التعاون والمرونه مع الضيف

حيث حجزت غرفتين اقمت 6 ليالي
الطلبات جميعا مرفوضه
تسجيل دخول مبكر مرفوض
طلب غرفتين بنفس الطابق مرفوض
طلب تسجيل المغادره متأخر مرفوض
اخر يوم دفعت نص قيمة الغرفه وطلبت ساعه اضافيه كمان مرفوض قالو اذا عملت تسجيل خروج بعد 6 تدفع يوم كامل لان كان عندي رحلة في وقت متأخر فالليل
الافطار مناسب للاسيوين و شرق اسيا اكثر من ما يناسب العرب
انصح اذا حجزت الغرفه لا تحجز الافطار لان في مطاعم وكوفيهات كثيره بالقرب من الفندق ( شارع العرب ) عندهم خيارات كثيره وافضل جدا و بسعر ارخص

Service impeccable dans cet hôtel de haut standing très bien placé
Pros:

Très bel établissement. Chambre très jolie avec tout le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner très complet . Le personnel est adorable .

The hotel, facilities, room, and staff were all 10/10. Pullman KL was true luxury and the staff were professional and friendly and ready to tend to our every need. Highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting KL.
