The room and the room services was just perfect

Cons:

The receptionist who welcome me wasn’t professional.. after I presented USD as deposit she refused and asked me to get local currency even after I told her I was coming from the air and I can make changes and get her the local currency.. it was frustrated after 9 hrs of flight

Beautiful and great location next to the malls
Pros:

It was our last two nights stay in Kuala Lumpar and it sure ticked all the boxes. The staff was nice and very helpful and especially at the breakfast. Isa was very warm and friendly to us.

I am regular to pullman whenever I travelled to KL. Im still value the place but the traffic is gett

Your room service is excellence. I did ordered food arnd 2am the response n confirmation is very good.

Food need for more varieties
Local cuisine very limited. Item popular was missing such as roti canal for eg.international also very limited. At 9am I hve my b'fast the local kueh has depleted. I hve to ask from the staff on this.

A quality five-star next to an impressive luxury mall.
Pros:

Great facilities and very centrally located. We stayed in a 1br apartment in the residence tower. It was quite large, including a great bathtub. Service was what I would expect from a high end resort.

The selection of kitchen utensils was much better than I would normally expect from this kind of facility. You could actually cook real meals here, although we didn't.

The mall across the street is pretty epic in terms of food options in addition to shopping. Walk next door to the DoubleTree and take their skybridge over the main road to the mall, rather than trying to cross it at grade.

Cons:

Realistically this is a bit spendy compared to what is available in the same area on airbnb. We booked it a few hours before arriving because a different reservation fell thru, but didn't really make use of the five-star features and moved to a larger apartment less than 1km away for half the price after a couple of days.
