We stayed in a two bed apartment for four nights and then moved to a one bed apartment for another 3 nights
The big apartment was not as good. The hot water was tepid and took a good few minutes to heat up. We mentioned to the staff but no actions, no response was received. There was an old sandwich from subway in the fridge and was not removed for the whole duration. the apartment needs a bit of ‘freshen up ‘ It’s a bit old and tired and smelt of dampness when you walked in !
Overall our stay has been very enjoyable.
The one bed apartment was brilliant - we stayed there for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it - very bright and clean and definetely newer than the two bed one. Only one complain if I may - I asked for some body lotion but no response at all. However still a happy stay for us thank you

Great location, very safe as a solo traveller

Cons:

Beds were unbelievably uncomfortable - I came back to Australia in such pain from the beds that I needed to book a physiotherapist from the pain of sleeping on the firm beds all week.

Pros:

Spacious apartment with lots of space

Cons:

5 stars but very old and worn out now.

Dirty and old toilets with stains in bathtubs.

One of the rooms was very dim with insufficient lights and windows.

Cupboards were clean only below eye level, upper shelves were all very dusty.

My friend and I had a great stay over at Pullman Hotel!
Everything was top notch!
We get to upgrade from Prestige room to King Suite room for free!

The staff was amazing! We also had a surprise Birthday Cake and Decoration in the room! Thank you So much Pullman Hotel. Till next time.

Cons:

The service experience was inconsistent. While some staff members were excellent, others were unhelpful and came across as quite rude. I was also surprised that the hotel required a security deposit at check-in, either in Malaysian Ringgit or by card, despite the booking already being fully prepaid through Booking.com.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the rooms themselves were generally comfortable and well maintained. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, and the property offers a variety of room types to suit different needs.

Cons:

The service experience was quite inconsistent. I originally booked an apartment room, but it was located in a different building from my travel companion’s room, which was inconvenient. I paid extra to move to the main building, but the upgraded room lacked some amenities that were available in the apartment room, such as a microwave and a refrigerator.

I also experienced problems with my late checkout arrangement. Although I paid for a 6 PM checkout, it was not properly updated in the system, and I was later asked to pay again. My room key repeatedly stopped working and had to be reactivated several times. In addition, response times were slow, and I often had to call reception or room service multiple times before receiving assistance. While some staff members were excellent, others were not very helpful, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent.

b'fast was okay also the hotel location

Cons:

at my previous stay my room was facing the unfinished building construction n it's not convenience at all, unlike the several stay I have before at the same hotel with the rooms facing the pavilion

Great stay, but toilet cleanliness needs improvement
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the facilities and had an overall pleasant experience.

Cons:

The only issue I had was that the toilet walls were not clean and could have been maintained better. Other than that, everything else was good.
