Late to check in time-rude staff

Cons:

Check in time supposed to be at 3pm , we arrived at2:40 pm and the staff told us wait for 15 min because the cleaners are cleaning the room, we wait tell 3:15 then the reception told that the cleaners still cleaning the room and we need to wait 20 min more!!!!
Staff was so rude , and talking to each other long conversations in-front of us in their language and we had standing waiting their updates
If you want to stay in the same area, try to find different hotel than pullman in the same area, there is too many 5 stars hotels around

If you ask me whether I would choose Pullman again in the future, my answer is absolutely yes. Pullman has become my favourite place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely return for my future visits.

Thank you again for your excellent hospitality and for making my stay memorable.

Cons:

1. The breakfast quality was good, but I was disappointed that the menu was almost the same every day during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I would expect more variety and daily changes in the breakfast selections, especially for guests staying several nights.

2. Regarding the refundable security deposit, I strongly recommend reviewing this policy and becoming more flexible. The required deposit amount is quite high and may create inconvenience for guests. In fact, one of my friends who had a great experience at Pullman also mentioned that everything was perfect except for the refundable security deposit, which he felt was too high and not acceptable. I believe offering a more reasonable amount or more flexible options would greatly improve guest satisfaction.
