L’accueil du personnel et le service, le petit déjeuner très local et varié chaque jour. La chambre très agréable avec la terrasse et le hamac. La piscine.
La proximité de la route et du bruit même si lorsque vous êtes dans le patio vous l’entendez beaucoup moins.

Breakfast was generous and delicious. The balcony with the hammock is great and also the staff was very friendly
Bed sheets, bed, and mattress look a little worn. but it was very comfortable and the beds are quite large which I liked

Me gustó toda la temática del hotel, sus habitaciones, su alberca y jacuzzi, el servicio de buffet desayunos incluidos. El personal bien amable en todo momento.
Un detalle nada más para mencionarlo, en mi habitación no se podía bajar o subir la temperatura del aire acondicionado.
Casi todo estaba muy bien desde el momento de la recepción hasta el día que nos retiramos, todo el personal muy amable. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Servicio de aseo personal todo muy bien.
Tuvimos un detalle con la manija de la puerta de mi habitación cuando llegamos si abría bien y al día siguiente ya no, pero la gerente y el personal de mantenimiento lo arreglaron.
Su temática de Patio, las hamacas que hay en cada habitación, sus camas grandes y cómodas, sus servicios. Su buffet de desayunos incluidos estaba deliciosos.
El jacuzzi está un poco descuidado y no lo prenden.

La ubicación no fue mi favorita
Everything was great at the hotel except for an invasion of ants in the bathroom that forced us to vacate the room at 11 pm in the night.
See above. The any invasion was enormous and the spray used didn’t completely eliminate the ants and filled the entire apartment with chemical spray that made it difficult to breathe. We had to vacate to another room and in the morning when I asked about some form of compensation for our disrupted night I was told we got a bigger better room. I didn’t care because I am 79 years old and it was a major problem dealing with the ants, the air and then having to pack up everything and move at midnight. We were leaving at 9am in the morning after not getting much sleep. No one from the hotel followed up. It was a big disapppointment. I have a video of the ants and you can see that the problem is ongoing. The staff did their best but it was a most unpleasant experience. Perhaps the location of our room next to the open land invites insects. The entire plave is painted and the pool is very clean but we had a very unfortunate experience thus my rating the hotel less than perfect.
