Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

Staff are always welcoming and the hotel is kept clean. Very close to popular amenities downtown.

The staff always is very kind and helpful, we always appreciate their kindness!! The room are very clean , the housekeeping staff always nice and friendly!

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Walkable to the main strip. We saw bears every night we were there and that was pretty cool. The plumbing is a little slow for the shower drain and the toilet, the room was clean except there headboard needing a really good dusting. Bathrooms were clean. It quiets down between 9:30 and 10:30, so not bad at all. We felt completely safe and really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Although I do think that parking should be included in the rate

This place was really close to everything that we wanted to see. We did more stuff outside and the location wasnt bad at all. Would definitely come back again.

The room was clean but the fan didn’t work in the bathroom. The staff was courteous. Pool was fine but limited seating inside.

Very adequate hotel for a 1-night stay to go hiking. GREAT location (you can duck off the main road before going through the main area), beds comfortable, good shower pressure and clean enough. Walls and doors are pretty thin. Breakfast is nothing special but good enough for some fuel to start the day. Staff was very friendly and nice. Bonus - covered parking but spaces are very narrow.

Pool was fine, but very crowded . Lots of screaming and rowdy kids. Vending machines were out of service, elevator was slow.

Enjoyed my stay overall. Breakfast was decent. The furniture could use some updating but location is perfect.

Staff was very friendly, but they were not knowledgeable for answering questions about things I wanted to do around town, which was OK I just used the GPS on my phone room was clean ready exactly at 4 PM

Pool was fun but in need of updating and repair. Not impressive, older hotel needs updating.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything was very clean in and around the hotel. Pool with a slide and hot tubs were great! Parking is $15 per vehicle/per room/per night in the covered parking lot on site. For extra vehicles you will pay $15 per vehicle/per room/per night at an off site gravel lot.

Old facility and it shows, the parking is a nightmare. Leaking, dirty, very low and hard to navigate garage. Elevator is slow, so often jammed with people. Even the TVs are old and vibrate when the audio is on. Staff was friendly, seemed under staffed. Breakfast was great, that's a bright spot. Pool was old but also fun with lots of kids, I would say that was the best part of our trip. I will never stay here again.

Room was clean and pool area was great! Location to the strip was excellent! Only issue was waiting on the elevator, other than that it was great😊
