So nice to have some peace and quiet while also being close to Ceasar's Forum for a conference, would highly recommend, rooms were great, facilities and staff excellent.
The Holiday Inn staff were friendly and welcoming. They try to scam you into watching a presentation to buy into their vacation ownership properties and offering you $300 in cash and/or credits. Fine. I can say no. I learned that booking through Expedia instead of Holiday Inn limits their ability to manage your reservation. I won’t make this mistake in the future.
Staff was incredibly. Took care of when travel agency messed up the reservation. Saved me. Walking distance to the sphere - go there for sure. Pool and restaurant was great too!!
Nice place, next to the Sphere. Two blocks from the strip. Noisy area, night construction and traffic
Nice suite
Walkable to our concert
Nice pool and restaurant
Hotel was nice. We had two bedrooms. Wasn’t aware there was a washer/dryer until the last day. Would have been nice of someone told us (it’s on the back patio in a closet). Check out was 10AM- which is super early and an hour earlier than most check outs. I called to see if we could have an extra 30 min to get our things together (finish up the laundry- we discovered the last night) they said no. It wasn’t like I was asking for 3 extra hours. Kinda upset about that because it wasnt a big deal at all. They could have accommodated that small amount of time. Many other places to stay in Vegas. Will adventure to another site next time we go. We were right in the road so it was super old cars and highway noises property could invest in some better glass- windows and sliding door. Pool was clean. We did not eat at this site. Staff were overall great. Polite and accommodating.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean.
Our property was full of flies, drain at the kitchen area and in one of the bathrooms had a disgusting smell for the duration of our stay. The overall cleanliness and condition of our property was definitely reduced since our visit last year.
everything was very nice
The staff were wonderfully helpful and courteous. The location is within a minutes' walk to The Sphere--possibly the closest of any hotel in Las Vegas. Speaking of The Sphere, we were privileged to have a view of it from our window/patio. Our only complaint is it took several minutes before we could get hot water in the shower.
Can't get more convenient to the Sphere for this price point, super easy walk. Just a (long) block off the Strip. Room was spacious and timeshare sales was very minimal. Could use a little sprucing up and the area away from the Strip isn't great.
Laid back, relaxing, and quiet. Has every amenity you’ll need. The best and closest place to stay when attending an event at The Sphere. The Sphere is only a 12 minute walk.
The reason I gave it a lower rating was because they lost one of my four reservations, displacing 6 people. I called the property the day prior explaining I paid for Thursday-Monday but my flight wouldn’t be there til Friday morning. They said they would note it and it would be fine. They put me on an no show list, gave away my room and tried to blame it on Expedia, when the property overbooked and my Expedia reservation was still very much so active. In the end, they were able to accommodate me with a one bedroom villa (“guest cancellation“ though they were 100% booked) in place of the two bedroom villa i originally booked. It was tight but we were able to make it work. The rooms are like apartments- amazing, clean and equipped with everything one needs. So much that a maintenance man was watching tv when we entered our room after check in, stating- oh i fixed you fan and scurried out, obviously caught lounging in our room. After the stress of the check in situation, it just wasn’t something I wanted to deal with, I had a wedding to prepare for. The view of the sphere was breathtaking and the walking distance to the strip was not bad. They even had a shuttle from the front office to your building your room is in. The parking was nice and overall the property was safe and quiet. I would stay here again but beware when making your reservations and follow-up with them so they don’t give away your room. The pool by us was drained. All my guests were happy and comfortable overall.
Check in friendly and easy. Room was a little difficult to find. Need to provide map to walk out with for easier location finding! Security staff in later evenings, providing golf cart shuttle from front of building to accommodations were super friendly and provide an excellent service to guests. Very nice, comfortable, well stocked accommodations. Beds were not acceptable (too soft/mushy) for any of us to sleep well
A little pushy about signing up for the club vacation speech, but otherwise very good.
Staff was friendly, rooms & beds were comfortable.
Very clean room and amenities. Staff very welcoming upon checkin. Not fond of area
Overall a. Ice place to stay. Super convenient to the Sphere. Near the Strip, but walking there is more of a hassle right now with construction
Our room was a little dated. Could use a bathtub mat as the step in tub/shower is huge and slippery. Property transportation and convenience store were a plus.
Unit is clean, and has strong AC which is a must in Vegas. Bed is very comfortable!
We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The beds are comfy and the room is nice and roomy. Now here are the cons. I’ve stayed here twice and both times I showed up at check-in time and our room wasn’t ready yet. Also, on this trip I booked the two bedroom and when I arrived I was told they overbooked and they would have to put me in a one bedroom. I told them that would absolutely not work because I had five people staying with me. They agreed and gave me the room I actually booked. During check-in multiple people were arguing about not being able to get the room type they booked. That’s absolutely wild to me. What’s the point in choosing and paying for a certain type of room and not being allowed to stay in it?! We got lucky but I guarantee if this ever happens to me, I will not be returning. That’s unfortunate because I am in Vegas often and this place is nice in so many other ways.
