Pros:

It was a clean room and convenient to stores and restaurants.

Cons:

There was a lack of maintenance of the furnishings. The desk chair was broken and I nearly fell when trying to sit in it. Only 2 thin bath towels and a bath mat.

Nous avons pu stocker notre nourriture dans leur frigo pour la nuit.
Chambres confortables.
Nous avons oublié une peluche et la réception nous a gentiment proposé de nous la renvoyer par la poste.

Pros:

El hotel está bien, es cómodo, estilo moderno. La cama muy cómoda. El cuarto de baño correcto. El edificio se puede decir que es de construcción reciente.
El buffet del desayuno completo y la relación calidad-precio muy equilibrada.
Está ubicado a las afueras del casco historico sobre un kilómetro más o menos en una nueva extensión de Braganza muy moderna y amplia, por cierto nada ruidosa.
La bajada al aparcamiento es un poco complicada para un coche grande, pero se accede bien.
El personal agradable y nos atendieron en español.

Cons:

Tuvimos la segunda noche un problema con unos clientes que tenían la habitación encima nuestra, regresaban de fiesta y la continuaron en la habitación: risas, voces, cánticos... a altas horas de la madrugada. Llamamos dos veces a recepción y el recepcionista nos comentó que no podía dejar abandonada la recepción y que si no sabíamos exactamente que habitación era, pues que podía hacer poco.
Al cabo de un buen rato, volvimos a llamar, pues el escándalo era vergonzoso, y el recepcionista nos comentó que un chico de la juerga bajó a fumar y que habló con él. Efectivamente, al poco, se callaron.

Nos dieron la 6ª planta, lo cierto es que pedí piso superior, pero en la habitación sobre las 6 de la madrugada se oían unos ruidos, creemos que eran motores que se ponian en funcionamiento en el hotel, y no paraban hasta 20 minutos más tarde.
