Pros:

Staff were really lovely and accomodating

Cons:

The room was claustrophobic, very loud at night with thumping music and light streamed through the main bedroom, not enough room. To get in and out the bed neither.
The apartment was not particularly clean

Great stay. This is my second time here.
Pros:

Location, Full kitchen with most necessary kitchen utensils. Staff were welcoming and friendly at check in.

Cons:

This is not a dislike, instead maintenance/spruce up - Bathroom could do with a touch of paint as it is starting to peel in the shower part.

I stayed three nights after staying at 2 other hotels in Wellington CBD. I liked the location but building needs serious
Pros:

Really good location! Close walk to use the offsite gym although the pools were closed and have been closed most of the year. I also found a nearby spa a short walk away which was lovely. Not a long walk to Woolworths etc! Lovely staff!!

Cons:

As stated by multiple reviews, the complex itself is very tired looking and was quite cold to walk around and also when I first arrived my room was freezing. A nice touch would have been to have the heating on for guests arrival. It’s not the usual Quest standards but good value for $. It’s quite noisy, could hear the rubbish trucks collecting the rubbish in the city at 5am. Very dirty windows and couldn’t see out of them.

Great location - good value
Pros:

Family stay - location handy to everything. Unit on the smaller side, but design functional.

Cons:

Unit a little tired, could do with repaint. Bathroom quite snug (you can stand in the middle and touch the shower, toilet, w/machine & vanity without moving). Oven needs a cooking tray.
