Great location by the uni
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy walking distance and rooms had bathroom, kitchenette and washing machine. Very nice.

Cons:

It was a little bit tired and due for an update but otherwise clean and excellent price. Parking lot was very steep, only suitable for small cars.

Comfortable spacious apartment for self catering.
Pros:

Spacious, quiet, small peep view of the harbour and good kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Bit further from waterfront then I would like but on check in was told about short cut via another hotel which proved great.

Disappointing - a stressful stay. Would not stay here again.

Cons:

Room (2A) Studio - Fine print advises a "step" in room. I literally tripped down it twice (almost twisting my ankle) before I got used to it. Even for an abled person, in my opinion it's a "trip hazard" and dangerous. If they escorted you to the room and showed it to you, it might be a partial solution.

Bathroom was small, toilet on a strange angle and cannot sit straight, shower was small (I am of average build), no shelf to place toiletries etc.

Onsite Carpark - Don't do it. Extremely difficult to navigate and if all private cars were in, nearly impossible to turn around to drive out. I was driving a Kia Sportage.

Compact, perfect for 1 or 2 people, great location for Lampton Quay, cable car & bus to airport
Pros:

Perfect location to catch up with my daughter staying in the Uni Halls. Short walk to buses & Cable Car & Lampton Quay. (through James Cook). Very clean.

Cons:

Bit of maintenance on windows so they close properly. Quite noisy as on level 1 close to road but I had ear plugs so wasn't really a bother.

Location fine. Staff excellent. Accommodation satisfactory.
Pros:

Excellent staff who were incredibly helpful and went above & beyond.
Very clean

Cons:

Washer/dryer was newish but didn’t dry clothes thoroughly despite hours of trying -staff kindly offered to dry the clothes but our schedule didn’t allow.
Apartment seemed tired but functional .
Be aware of noise from motorway if facing the rear of the building.
Swimming pool is in a completely different Quest hotel.

Pros:

Full amenities. The limited space was well utilised. Good location. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Could hear city noises at night. Clothes dryer was useless (combined wash and dry machine. Wash worked fine. There is a step from the kitchenette to the living area yourmust be careful of.

Convenient and comfortable for a short city stay.
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to access Lambton Quay on foot via the lifts at the James Cook. The receptionist, Wenwen, was lovely and very helpful. Shower was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

All was good.
