not clean
tiny bathroom (so small the wc was squeezed uncomfortably into an inadequate corner)
shower toiletries were all empty (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
had some trouble connecting iPhone to internet (laptop was okay)
car park was third world
foyers and hallways were dirty

Nice stay but rooms are tired
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location near the CBD, shops restaurants and cafes. Also close to the main bus stop which is important in Wellington

Cons:

The place had plenty of space but was a little tired. It had no air conditioner so was it was lucky when we were there the weather was mild. The worst of it was the apartment had inner steps making it harder for older people to negotiate especially at night.

The view and the Terrace address.
And apartment well appointed, good bathroom comfortable bed.

Cons:

The steps everywhere!
But we are able and managed them easily.. lights helped at night.

If you would like. Swimming pool, washing machine/dryer, balcony and dust free accommodation don't book this pla

The staff were all good.

Cons:

Steps in room not suitable for older people.
Washing/ machine dryer was not working.
Balcony I would not call it a balcony very small like lucky to fit one chair and didn't look too safe.
Blinds very dusty like 6 /12 months dust on them.
Not clean down be use the stove and lots of dusty decide the washing machine. First load of wash got blacks bits all other clothing and dryer not working and staff knew not working.
This accommodation states swimming pool but has no swimming pool.
3 reasons we booked this accommodation was.
1. Balcony
2. Swimming pool
3. Washing machine/ dryer.
If you are looking for any of these items don't book this accommodation.
The staff tried to be helpful but not able to help with 3 things that I had on my list.

Decent enough
Pros:

Location was good. Good price. Room itself was good.
