La atención super Amable y cordial de Samuel de Recepción

Cons:

Si bien están remodelando el baño estaba sucio y además no tenían toallas para la piscina, nos dijeron que llevemos las de habitación y le solicitamos a una mucama que nos llevará que estaba en el pasillo justo a la salida de nuestra habitación... quién nos respondió en Recepción tienen que tener a mí me ocupan todo y atrasan mi trabajo, después les traigo toallas las cuales nunca llegaron
