Pros:

The room has cochroach fecesvall over the bathroom. The bathroom cei8ling is falling in. Looks like they r trying to fix stuff.....not ok, thou. The hottub had nasty green mildew water rightnext to the pool. The pool was ok, but not really clean. The whole motel is dirty and falling apart.

Pros:

Had to wait about 20 minutes at check-in for someone to unlock the front door, even during normal hours. The staff was kind once they arrived, but the property itself was disappointing. Photos online are misleading—it’s in poor condition and needs serious maintenance. My room was “clean” but very worn down: holes in the ceiling, cracked floors and walls, a hissing toilet from a slow leak, and even a small roach on the nightstand.

That said, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and the location can’t be beat—less than 100 yards from the Air Force Base gate. It’s fine for a solo traveler on a budget, but I definitely wouldn’t bring family here.

Pros:

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I booked 2 rooms July 12, because it was close to Seaworld and it was supposed to have a pool and free breakfast. I pulled up and immediately thought I was in the wrong place as it looked nothing like the pics. The property was run down and I could see that the pool was not in service and the free breakfast was not available due to "covid". I went inside to ask to make sure and it was dirty and smelly inside. I told the clerk that I booked expressly for the pool and the breakfast because I had my grandkids with me. The clerk told me that neither were not available and I could just cancel and get my money back. I did just that, got a room at the Best Western Plus and Oyo refused to refund me my money even though they knew I did not stay. Run don't walk away from this place.
