Pros:

I loved almost everything about it, certainly will stay again.
Pros:

Location, comfort of the room, breakfast. It was a great stay. Parking was great!

Cons:

The elevator service, had to wait a long time in line. It was difficult for staff and equipment having to share the elevator with the guests.

It was 104 and ac went out in the middle of the night on our last night had to check out at 400 in the morning I'm disabled it's hard for me to pack and lift things wasn't going to pack up and move rooms un pack and repack 5 hours later so just went home they weren't very accommodating about seeing if they could fix it at all first day put our food in the fridge and it went out had to throw everything away and repurchase what we lost they did bring a new fridge as soon as we called but was to late for what we had bought

Great stay in downtown Visalia
Pros:

Great location for sequoia Shuttle, stops just outside. You can have breakfast (starts 5am) and still make the earliest shuttle. I was also allowed to check in an hour early which was appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing, a little bit of boisterous post- pub noise outside overnight but it was a Saturday and the location is right in downtown.

Nice hotel fot short stay before visiting National park with very good breakfast served from 5 a.m. so you can better plan your park visit
