the hotel is getting old and needs attention
Location is good.
The property is old and doesn’t reflect the industry and Marriott standards. Need a serious overall renovation.
Rooms and washroom were so dirty. No proper maintenance.
Room was not clean and very old furniture. Dirty bathroom and there was only shampoo
they are denying to give as they were saying that its weekend and we dont want to sell our rooms cheeply.
You need to wait for long time for elevator, there is no parking and you need to pay for the parking near the hotel, it is damaging the overall name of Marriott comparing to Marriott in other conteries.

The hotel doesn't deserve to be 5 Star Hotel.It is NO Star Hotel.The hotel Was dirty.The linen were dirty and very very old.The hotel had no car barking.The bed were not comfortable.The bed mattress were very old,more than 10 years usage,We got Insomnia,so we could not sleep .I had to tip the house boy to clean the bathrooms well.
Nice hotel I will stay again
It’s a black spot on Marriott’s brand name. The moment you enter into the hotel it feels as if it’s my grandma’s home. Rusted gold and red theme, uncleaned mosaic and what not. The room has dirty spots on the furniture as if cooking oil was dropped.
It was ok. Not big deal. Proprty is very old and tired. Nothing like pictures shown on line.
Furniture and room had very old furniture. Really needs face lift. For the money I paid I could get better. Breakfast staff was wonderful.

This was my 3rd visit in this hotel, every time I experienced improvement in entire facilities and their general administration.
Close to Masjid Nawabi and their 24/7 shuttle service is very convenient to our elderly visitors as well as families with young children. This time I expected improvement in overall food selection.
Keep it up your good job!
Conveniently located, walking easily to Haram + shuttle bus at any time of day and night. Excellent WiFi and very helpful and friendly staff
