Tolles Hotel in der Nähe von "The Hall"
Pros:

Tolles Stadthotel in der Nähe der Konzerthalle "The Hall". Das Zimmer ist gross. Das Frühstück im Bistro war sehr gut und der Empfang sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Self-Check-in hat auch super funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Bauart des Gebäudes wirkt im Zimmer eher kühl.

I was not happy with the hotel and would not stay there again. However, the staff in the Bistro were very kind and helpf

The facility was more like a motel than a hotel. There was limited support to checkin which was done on a self check in basis. I arrived late at night in the rain and it was extremely difficult and uncomfortable to find out how to check in.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, big and comfy. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was really nice. I liked the whole vibe of the neighborhood. We liked our stay. Metro is near.

Cons:

The noise of the traffic is really loud and it bothered us during the night. They gave us earplugs, but unfortunately I can't wear them. The staff was really nice, but when we arrived they didn't give us any information about what services they offer. It was like they didn't want to sell their services.We missed this. Also we had only one key for the room and when my husband went out alone we had only two options or I remained in the room without lights or he went out without the key. Also they didn't leave any phone number for emergencies that we could contact.
