Pros:

Location, spacious room, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast is really basic and extremely crowded. Sofa bed blankets were thin and not comfortable (as opposed to the master bed blanket).

Perfect location & comforts
Pros:

Very big room / suite, with kitchen and comfortable bed. Everything very clean. Calm, I heard no noise whatsoever. Great swimming pool, gym & terrace on the roof floor. Very friendly staff.

Pros:

L'emplacement pour visiter Montréal à pied est parfait! Métro à 10 minutes à pied environ. La chambre était très spacieuse pour 4 et propre. C'était également très calme dans la chambre.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner trop basique. L'eau de la piscine trop froide.

Great hotel - environmentally friendly ???
Pros:

Location was excellent - close to the shopping area, old town and metro.

The rooms were amazingly spacious - like an apartment

Staff were excellent and very helpful

Lots of good and helpful advice from the concierges

Cons:

One slight downside - like every hotel these days there is a notice in the bathroom that says "we care about the environment and hang up your towels if you are happy to re-use". We did this on the 2 nights we stayed and on both nights we were replenished with a brand new set of towels when we were happy to reuse the existing ones as we were only staying two nights. Also we left 2 mugs and a saucer on the worktop to be washed up - only to find they had been washed in the dishwasher - this is definitely not caring about the environment.

Tres bien placé, calme, chambres grandes et agréables.. juste a revoir le petit dejeuner

Salle de sport et piscine

Cons:

Petit dejeuner toujours pareil: manque de variété dans les protéines (juste oeuf dur et jambon/dinde), pas de viennoiseries, manque de fruits, pas trop de choix de céréales .
Check out a 11h: un peu tot quand on a son avion a 19h ! Et pas de possibilité de rester plus longtemps dans la chambre a titre dérogatoire
