Awesome hotel that checks all the boxes! Would stay here again without a doubt!
Pros:

You really can’t ask for more with this hotel. It hit everything we were hoping for. Price point for the room size and amenities is excellent. The staff is so wonderful, kind and helpful. It’s in a safe area with plenty nearby. We loved the roof deck in the sunshine! If you are on the fence with this hotel and another, just book here!

Cons:

The only critiques I could give are that the breakfast is pretty minimal. No hot items. Wasn’t a problem for us bus just be aware. And the beds are not memory foam so if you share with someone that moves in their sleep it will wake you up.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to downtown, light breakfast, entrance two steep flights of stairs
Pros:

Excellent Hostess! Very sweet, accommodating (re: insulin for fridge), professional, helpful, thoughtful. The room is very modern, thoughtful gestures, treats, glasses, corkscrew, coffee (although we would have preferred "regular" coffee). Location is excellent walking distance to downtown for two seniors. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty, although my husband is diabetic and traditional so did not enjoy the croissants, yoghurt and berries with juice because of possible high sugar content. The hotel ecstatic's were beautiful. We didn't hear any of the other guests, from our room, arriving or departing .

Cons:

The MANY steep steps up to the hotel (two flights) and the MANY steep steps to our room (one flight). The bathroom is European designed, very compact - so tiny that my husband couldn't shave and didn't feel comfortable enough to shower and waited for the next hotel to do both. The breakfast table is a long wall counter top type table shared with many guests and chairs. Very compact dining area, again not the traditional coffee served. Parking is a bit away from the hotel but walking distance so vehicle is exposed.

Good quality, convenient appartment
Pros:

Large room, comfortable bed, studio with kitchen facilities
Walking distance from station & air port bus (temporary stop)
Near shops & restaurants
Walking distance from base of Mount Royale (handy if walk down) & old town
Free breakfast contributed to value, did not have any trouble finding a table but were there mid week not in high season

Cons:

Staff helpful but seemed to expect us to have arrived by car so not that helpful on information on airport bus (used tourist information)

Not supply milk in room, had to buy from shop

Comfortable stay for a 3 day trip to see the sights
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed.

Cons:

Breakfast was a chaotic at times, food not refilled quick enough, and scraping your plate into a tub in the breakfast area didn’t look good. Staff not available to ask questions
