Pros:

Le studio est incroyable, propre et très grand. Le lit est super confortable. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant.

Cons:

Tout était parfait !
Juste un petit point mais rien de grave : laisser le petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h30.

Pros:

Nous étions une famille de 4 adultes pour un séjour de 2 nuits. Nous avions réservé un studio avec deux lits. La chambre 318 nous a été donnée. Celle-ci était juste au dessus d'une bouche d'aération extérieure. Le bruit était permanent et désagréable. Impossible de dormir. Après avoir réclamé, nous avons eu l'équivalent au 6ème étage, ce qui était beaucoup mieux. L'hôtel est bien située, tout peu se faire à pied. Personnel serviable. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillot. Oreillers et literies à changer.

Hôtel charmant en centre ville, bien équipé, personnel à l'écoute
Pros:

L'écoute du personnel à qui nous avons demandé un changement de chambre à notre arrivée, pour une suite avec une chambre supplémentaire avec supplément
La propreté irréprochable

Great hotel apartment easy walking distance to sights with included breakfast and rooftop pool.
Pros:

Great location just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Ample space with bedroom, living room and kitchen/dining area. Included breakfast was a welcome bonus. Rooftop pool and patio were unique.

Sehr große Appartements, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Sehr gepflegt.

Kleiner, aber guter Fitness und Poolbereich mit toller Aussicht im obersten Geschoss.

Serviceparken super organisiert.

Cons:

Frühstückszeitraum und -raum verbesserungswürdig (sehr großer Andrang, Personal etwas gestresst).

Un buon hotel per visitare Montreal
Pros:

Camere molto ampie con cucina (inclusa lavapiatti). Colazione buona con ampia scelta. Posizione ottima sia per i negozi (città sotterranea), sia per la metro sia per raggiungere la zona turistica del vecchio porto.

Decent stay on our first trip to Montreal
Pros:

Staff at the front desk were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. The safe did not work properly, but they did have maintenance come up right away and repair it. Good value and close to the Underground.

Cons:

A bit too far from Old Montreal for us....20 minute walk, which doesn't seem like a lot until you are doing it after a late dinner in the chilly and windy air. Breakfast was just okay...space is limited and the dining area is just too crowded. We ended up bringing items and coffee back to room.
