Convenient, comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Spacious room and ensuite, fully fitted kitchenette with dining table, comfortable chairs. Quiet and peaceful even though there was building work going on next door during the day.
The building also hosts a restaurant franchise, called Le Carré, which offers an individual menu of well cooked and good quality food. Very convenient to have this on site and not need to go out in the cold to find a good restaurant.

Cons:

The air conditioning caused very low humidity, which was very drying for the nose and throat.

Le petit déjeuner très basique, avec une salle de restaurant très bruyante.
Le prix excessif de 38$ par jour pour le garage de la voiture.
