Great value and very good location in downtown.
Pros:

Location, room size, in room facilities including fully equipped kitchen. Great restaurants nearby. Close to hop on hop off bus starting point. Fantastic value at the moment which might be due to the construction nearby which didn't bother us at all. The noise level was not enough to prevent a sleep in when we felt like it.

Cons:

The breakfast didn't include hot scrambled eggs or bacon. There were toasters and a microwave. The other options were good but it would have been nice to know in advance.

I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:

Our rooms were very clean and so spacious. Our suite included a small kitchen, living room area, and full bathroom and a powder room. That was a perfect situation for our ladies getaway weekend. Hotel staff were all cordial and helpful. Breakfasts had all the basics and the coffee tasted freshly brewed. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and fitness room. Easy walk to Old Montreal and lots of restaurants. This is a lovely place to stay.
