Personal muy amable, habitación muy grande y con cocina completa, cama muy cómoda, muy cerca de la estación
El desayuno…demasiada gente en un espacio muy limitado, y con poca variedad de productos

Breakfast
Location is good, close to shops, metro. Room was spacious, kitchenette is fine, bathroom ok.
Breakfast is rather dull, typical American breakfast. No good coffee, 2 hours window to have breakfast, breakfast room is overcrowded.
Le personnel extrêmement gentil, la taille et le confort des chambres.
Le petit déjeuner, trop de monde et pas assez de choix
Extremely clean and quiet.
No complaints!
Location, staff & valet parking.
Mattress of both beds was too soft for me personally.
Size of room, location
Breakfast choice, missing eggs etc.
Location near rail station.
Huge upgrade room.
Breakfast included.
Not even a vending machine for snacks when we arrived quite late (9pm). Seems a bit odd for a property that's focused on self-catering suites.
We highly recommend this hotel. It’s downtown and close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was huge with a kitchen and dining area. Good laundry facilities with room for several people to do laundry at once. They have a pool with an area to walk outside and overlook the street with good views. Breakfast is very good. Mattress and pillows very good. Staff were very nice and helpful. It’s close to the train station.
Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay

The staff at the Le Square Phillips hotel treated my daughter and me with exceptional care and sensitivity after we arrived in the midst of a family medical emergency. The flexibility that the hotel provided while we were navigating a difficult situation back home on a daily basis during our five-night trip was unusual, and we appreciated it greatly. Carlos at the front desk, in particular, could not have been more understanding and helpful, and we will never forget how he and his staff assisted us during what was a very confusing and stressful time . We thought the hotel room itself was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs -- the location was also just what we needed. We heartily recommend the hotel - thank you, Le Square Phillips for everything!
This hotel sits right in the centre, and you can tell it used to be an old office block. The corridors are wide, the ceilings high, and the lobby still has that former‑office feel, which actually adds a bit of character rather than taking anything away. There’s no evening relaxing bar inside, but being in the city means there are plenty around if you fancy a drink. The room we stayed in was extremely large — more like a flat than a standard hotel room — with a small kitchen that was fully stocked with utensils.
Up by the swimming pool there’s a decking area where you can look out over the city. We didn’t use the indoor pool or jacuzzi, but everything looked clean and well kept. The hotel is very close to the places we wanted to explore, including the huge underground shopping centre with its many food halls, where we ended up eating most days.
Breakfast can get busy, and although a couple of young lads were working hard clearing tables, the young girls didn’t seem to offer a smile or even a good morning. Most of the staff overall were friendly and pleasant though. As you come out of the hotel there’s an area where some less fortunate souls sleep under the canopy of an empty department store. They never caused us any trouble, but it’s something to be aware of.
The location was very central allowing to get anywhere in the city quickly. The staff was super friendly, the pool and terrace were super nice and the rooms were big and well prepared with anything one may need.
Starts to be a little bit outdated, still good though. The breakfast wasn’t excellent.

Well equipped rooms and kitchen. Nicely taken cared of and properly cleaned daily.
The breakfast was very disappointing and not worth the money. There were almost no options for people with allergies or dietary restrictions—only gluten-free bread.
The food was low quality, mostly packaged, with no variety (the same every day). There were no vegetables, and almost everything was sweetened. As someone with diabetes, I asked for sugar-free options or healthier bread, but nothing was available.
I spoke to both kitchen staff and reception. Although reception said they would address it, nothing changed. The kitchen staff were also quite rude and unhelpful.
In the end, I had to buy my own food and only used basic items like ham and cheese from the breakfast. Overall, definitely not worth paying for.
