Perfect stay
Pros:

Very easy , clean , spacious rooms and good location. We left a lot of cash in the safe and the staff were excellent about getting it back to us

I have a few things to say: Excellent location, the room was clean, we stayed overnight at the hotel from Saturday to Sunday. I asked the staff if we could do a late check out and he asked me how long we would need. I told him 20 minutes and he said no. It was very disappointing. I didn't ask for anything for free, but man, 20 minutes. We paid $290 a night. We arrived at night around 10 at night. His response was funny. Why ask how long we would need and then say no? The worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. You can do better!! We probably won't be returning to this hotel. We travel a lot. Good location. The staff is a bit disappointing and the worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel for $290 a night.

Standard chain hotel in Downtown Austin with modern facilities and breakfast included
Pros:

Modern clean and comfortable chain hotel in the heart of downtown Austin. Standard size room with modern shower. Mini-fridge. No issues with noise even in downtown location (at least from 11th floor). Gym is reasonable size (~5 cardio machines and free weights). Included breakfast (6-10 AM) was standard for a chain hotel: small selection but ample portions, fairly bland, no bs. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

No legitimate complaints or concerns. Pool hours are 10-10, I was hoping to use it earlier in the day. Limited healthy options at breakfast (no fat free milk, water, non-sugary cereal).

Location is great, close to 2nd street stores. I might stay again, but not in a "corner" room.
Pros:

Hotel & room were fine. Location is good.

Cons:

Room was advertised as corner room. However it was not, the actual corner location was a stairwell. This was in internal location but charged with a higher price. Deceptive!!
Additionally, there was no mention that the only parking option was valet, for $75. More deception!! Staff did state there is a public garage close by, for a little less, but that closes at 9:00pm, so no in/out options. Just be transparent up front!

Pros:

The location was great and the staff were lovely- breakfast was pretty good too.

Cons:

We didn’t get our room serviced at all during our stay despite requesting it for every other day- bit disappointing
