Ice machine on the 5th floor was not working.
Spacious comfortable room
The location is excellent and feels very safe. It is situated in a great neighborhood surrounded by other high quality hotels. We found it very easy to walk to most downtown attractions and the city center from here. The property itself feels new and is well maintained. The staff was also very responsive when we had questions.
We had a small issue with cleanliness upon arrival because our bedsheets were not perfectly clean. However, the staff changed them immediately once we made the request. Additionally, while the complimentary breakfast is a nice inclusion, it is quite basic compared to other options in the area. It is perfectly fine for a quick bite, but do not expect anything beyond the standard hotel staples.
Very nice hotel. Punching way above its weight and very comparable to the other, more high end, hotels in that area of Austin.

bedding was poor. The blanket was rough and under sheet seemed 1 size too small. The room A/C never cooled well. Valet is $70 per day. Breakfast uses frozen eggs, even hardbolied ones, frozen sausages, nothing fresh
