PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT!
Pros:

We did a lot of traveling through Texas and this was my favorite hotel. I wish I could have taken this hotel to stay in wherever we went. The location was great, the staff was so awesome. Breakfast was good, plentiful and the staff kept everything well stocked and cleaned. The room was roomy. LOVED it!

Cons:

The ONLY downside to staying here was the rate to park...OUCH! The valet attendants were exceptional, but it was very expensive parking.

FUN VISIT to AUSTIN!
Pros:

The Location is Great for Us. Enjoyed the Downtown
Vibe! We attended to LSU & Longhorn Women’s Basketball Game! Awesome visit to Austin! Good restaurants in the area. We took a “ buggy Ride” around the downtown area-It was the BEST! Took Great Pictures!

Cons:

There was No pen or paper in the Hotel room!

Terrible service
Pros:

I never made it to the hotel due to the storm but even though they have a weather waiver policy they are still refusing to give me a refund. When I requested the refusal in writing they are just ignoring my request.

It met all my expectations during my one day stay.
Pros:

The check-in process was seamless, and they accommodated my early arrival in Austin. The location was also great as it was near attractions like the park near the river and the state capitol.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything at the moment.

Pros:

Room was very clean and staff very polite.

Cons:

No trash bag in the bins of our room, dont know if thats the way it was suppose to be because it was a first time stay but felt bad leaving the trash in a bin with no bag. Also, no bag for my dirty clothes, usually there is one in the closet but not this time. Was I suppose to ask for one from the front desk?
