Good hotel with particularly attractive prices during low season.
Pros:

I had an all-inclusive stay. Everything was very good. It was also nice that the hotel is equipped with a diesel generator that provided electricity to the hotel ocne when the entire block was off because of the storm.

Cons:

Do not rely on the lunch box with breakfast if you need to leave early in the morning - this is just a cold sandwich even without a bottle of water. I should note that I informed the stuff about my early departure.

Besides the 4 sleepless nights and the construction during the day, I had no issues, I would stay at the same hotel agai

Cons:

Breakfast was average, nothing to brag about

The person that was staying in the next room had the TV blasting all night, complained to the front desk 4 nights in a raw, 4 nights couldn’t sleep

I should be compensated for those 4 nights

It took 4 nights and at least 4 trips to the front desk to solve the issue, eventually the person move out of the room

Also had construction going on during the day
A lot of noise

Удобный матрац и подушка, была в январе - обогрев номера кондиционером работал очень хорошо. Нормальный номер со шкафом, холодильником, сейф за доп.плату.

Cons:

До этого была в декабре, питание было гораздо лучше. В январе выбор совсем слабенький - горох, бобы, фасоль тушеные. Из мяса - курица, индюк, говядина были какие то сухие, подогревали и несколько дней подряд выносили. Подносы с сырами, салатами по несколько дней одни и те же. Понятно, что людей мало в отеле, но для 4* совсем печаль 😪 Полотенца очень старые, уже серого цвета.

Disappointing and frustrating
Pros:

Pros
• Location: About a 5-minute walk from the beach.
• Cats: A paradise for cat lovers – lots of healthy, happy, non-needy cats everywhere.
• Staff: Polite, professional, and always helpful. Room cleaners, waiters, and bartenders all spoke at least three languages, which was impressive and very useful.

• Location (again): Over a 2-hour car ride from the airport, which was exhausting (I’m aware that that’s not hotel’s fault, just adding this point for people to keep that in mind);
• Rooms: Very tired and outdated. Old-fashioned furniture and extremely loud, old air conditioning that made sleeping uncomfortable.
• All-inclusive drinks: Very disappointing. Although there were several options, local alcohol (especially wine) tasted watered down. Even after just a few sips, headaches were guaranteed. The same applied to local whiskey, Baileys, and gin. Original branded drinks were available but at extremely high prices (I tried a sip of all local drinks just to be sure that I’m not exaggerating- all really poor quality and impossible to drink)
• Food:
• Breakfast: Exactly the same every day with very limited choice. I ended up eating pancakes with chocolate spread daily, while my partner skipped breakfast entirely.
• Lunch: Repetitive salads and desserts every day; hot dishes lacked presentation, flavour, and appetite appeal.
• Dinner: We ate dinner only twice during a 10-day stay — which says everything. The dishes (e.g. chicken stew or beef mixed with vegetables) were unappealing and poorly presented.
• Afternoon tea/coffee: Dry, tasteless cookies, sometimes clearly from the previous day, or even reused from other guests’ tables (including cookies left over from New Year’s Eve).
• Space & organisation: The restaurant was far too small for the number of guests. To get a table, you had to arrive at least an hour early or queue outside for 15–20 minutes.
• Entertainment: Limited and poorly organised. A traditional dance show and live music were offered, but due to lack of space I had to sit outside by the pool with closed doors.
• New Year’s Eve dinner: Starters appeared to be leftovers from lunch or dinner the day before. I left shortly after — the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.

Overall
Not recommended.

Понравилось все. Местоположение, рядом есть все. Персонал всегда готовый помочь, убираются каждый день и меняют постельное белье, полотенца, и на пляж каждый день дают свежие чистые полотенца. В комнате чайник, кофе, чай, каждый день оставляют бутылки воды. Пляж 5 минут ходьбы, до центра на автобусе 10 минут. Можно прогуляться пешком по набережной. Вкусно готовят.

Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, sehr gutem Essen, tollen Events und unglaublich freundlichem Pe
Pros:

Wir haben vom 21. Dezember bis zum 3. Januar insgesamt 13 Nächte im Kaila City Hotel verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war außergewöhnlich angenehm und hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen.

Das Personal war durchgehend extrem freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde jederzeit mit einem Lächeln empfangen und hatte immer das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Manager des Hotels: äußerst professionell, aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Jede Bitte oder jedes Anliegen wurde sofort ernst genommen und zuverlässig erfüllt – ein Service auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die tägliche Reinigung war gründlich und zuverlässig. Auch alle öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren stets sauber und ordentlich.

Das Essen war hervorragend. Sehr große Auswahl, frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich top und abwechslungsreich. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei, und die Qualität der Speisen war während des gesamten Aufenthalts konstant sehr hoch.

Ein absolutes Highlight waren die Veranstaltungen: Weihnachten war wunderschön organisiert und sehr stimmungsvoll, Silvester war einfach großartig – mit tollem Programm, sehr guter Organisation, hervorragendem Essen und einer fantastischen Atmosphäre. Diese Events haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.

Auch die allgemeinen Einrichtungen und der Service im Hotel waren sehr gut. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität, Organisation und Gästewohl gelegt wird.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war das WLAN, das leider teilweise sehr langsam und instabil war. Hier besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Ansonsten gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli, hyväkuntoiset huoneet. Monipuolinen ruoka- ja juomavalikoima (all inclusive). Toimiva lämmitys ja wi-fi. Miellyttävä ja ahkera henkilökunta ravintolassa ja keittiössä.

Cons:

Vastaanotossa olevat naiset voisivat olla hieman ystävällisempiä.

Большой номер, балкон, завтрак-ужин не супер пупер, но голодными не останетесь, несколько видов мяса, салаты, нарезки, фрукты, десерты. Кофемашина в холле. Были в декабре, попали на рождественский ужин с программой, неожиданно 😊
Соотношение цена-качество 👍, надо понимать, что это рядовая четверка, немного жестковат для меня матрац.

Cons:

Ужасно старые полотенца, не поняла принцип их смены. Иногда непонятно было, поменяли или сложили вчерашние?
