Pros:

Отель очень чистый, близко расположен к морю. Персонал работает на 200%, более отзывчивых и знающих свою работу я не встречала. Кухня - космос! Готовят очень вкусно и разнообразно.

Skuffende og stusselig. Kommer ikke til å besøke dette hotellet igjen.

Nære stranden.

Cons:

Veldig lite barnevennlig. Meget dårlig opplyst om at nesten alt er stengt før 1/4. Det var ingen solsenger på stranden, ingen snackbar, ingen is, leker el aktiviteter for barna, ingen parasoller ved bassenget, ingen rutsjebane mm. Vi ble skikkelig skuffet.

Really nice and clean hotel at good location.
Pros:

The hotel was really good in all! Food was fresh, chef made omelets in the morning and barbaque in the evening. Variety of foods was served every meal. Beer, wine, Raki, sodas all drinks tasted good. Staff was super friendly and kind, helpful. Cleaning was every other day and worked good. Free sauna between 16 and 18 was so nice! We went as a family and washed each others at hammam and took normal sauna also. Location is almost at the beach, nearest Migros is like 800m or so. Taxis take off in front of the hotel. Defenetely warm welcome to Kaila city as a family, couple or group of friends :)

Cons:

We went there 1st of April and the season starts at that time. There was a lot of construction work/repairing going on at the hotel, even though seasons started and the were a lot of tourists at the hotel.
I believe, it was because of the weathers (rainy winter and spring) but even so, it made the atmosphere by the pool really loud and a lot of hustle was going on. Nice of course to renovate, the timing was way too late though.

Pros:

Good location, nice breakfast, nice view.

Cons:

The hamam work time was very poor, we hoped that we can enjoy it in the evening 7PM, but it was already closed.
The soundproof of the room was very bad - we heard every word of our neighbours.

Overall, we were very satisfied – we would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again! 😍
Pros:

The food was very good – maybe the selection could be a bit larger and less spicy, but overall it was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent and the view is beautiful. The rooms were quite good and fairly clean.

Cons:

The balconies could have been cleaner, as there were some bird droppings. Also, one of the elevators was often out of order, although the other one was working.

Cons:

Balconies could have been cleaner due to bird droppings, and one elevator was often out of order.

Отель в центре. Выбирали по месторасположению.
В целом это классическая тройка уровня 2010 года.
Давно требуется ремонт, старая техника, мебель, ковровые покрытия, интерьер в целом.
Неплохие завтраки, соответствуют своей цене.
На одну-две ночи проездом отлично подходит. В 2 метрах прекрасный ресторан грузинской кухни

Good hotel with particularly attractive prices during low season.
Pros:

I had an all-inclusive stay. Everything was very good. It was also nice that the hotel is equipped with a diesel generator that provided electricity to the hotel ocne when the entire block was off because of the storm.

Cons:

Do not rely on the lunch box with breakfast if you need to leave early in the morning - this is just a cold sandwich even without a bottle of water. I should note that I informed the stuff about my early departure.
