Better than most hotels in Cau Giay
Pros:

A little off the beaten path and tucked away on a fairly crowded street. The front of the hotel had workers doing construction when I arrived. The room was small but the air conditioning and hot water worked fine. The breakfast had a nice variety and the food was good. All staff were pleasant and would return there again.

Pros:

Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up.
Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support!

8층 식당의 위생상태 개선이 필요합니다. 테이블에 깔려있는 깔개에 이전 손님이 먹다 남은 음식 찌꺼기가 그대로 있습니다. 모든 테이블이 마찬가지입니다. 바꿔달라고 해도 찌꺼기 묻은 깔개가 그대로 또 제공됩니다. 위생에 대한 인식이 별로 없어보입니다. 음식찌꺼기가 남아 있는 깔개 위에 식기류만 새로 세팅합니다.

Great value for money.
Property is in great condition (almost new), and very spacious. Grocery and good restos neearby.
Hotel is a bit far from main attractions.

They can improve on the restaurant though - the waitress is not very attentitive, and they run out of food options even when you arrive early.

Anyway, i still plan to stay here in the future and i reco this hotel.

残念な点は、喫煙室は有りませんでした。喫煙者にとってはキツイ情報（エクスペディア）です。あと、熱いお湯が続かない、シャワーが弱すぎる（体についた髪の毛が流れ落ちない）。
良かった点は、広くてゆっくりできました。冷蔵庫も大きいし、よく冷えました。海外では珍しいトイレシャワーがありました。周りには飲食店があり、2軒のコンビニ、ちょっと食べるには良いです。でも、中心地の旧市街に行くにはタクシーを使うので、そちらの費用がかなり負担がかかります（メトロがまだ…不完全）。
スタッフは皆さん親切で、朝食は決まったメニュー（フォーやサンドイッチ等）ですが、ボリューム満点。必ず、フルーツとヨーグルトがついてきます。どれも美味しかったです。

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this property. Very clean, very well maintained. The bathroom in the room was top notch(can't miss to mention this). Breakfast options were decent too. Overall a happy experience.

Pros:

전반적으로 너무나 좋은 호텔입니다. 위치도 좋고, 가격대비 룸 상태, 직원들 친절함도 너무나 좋습니다.

총 2번, 7일정도 숙박했는데 너무 만족했고, 기회가 된다면 다시 숙박하고 싶은 생각도 있습니다.

다만 안좋은 점은 아침에 주변 도로가 시끄럽다는 점, 욕실에서 샤워를 하면 욕실 바닥에 물이 고인다는 점은 불편합니다.

a great place to stay outsode of the city center. just get a grab bike and you can get anywhere you need. otherwise quiet with a mix of local and chain restaurants. great cafe on the roof with a good breakfast and good coffee

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast options were good. However, there was one issue worth mentioning—the bathroom and its amenities. Occasionally, the drainpipe emitted an unpleasant smell, and the pottery bottles for the shampoo and body soap were difficult to manage when wet during a shower. They became slippery and tricky to handle, and from a hygiene perspective, they didn’t seem ideal. Those are minor points anyway.
