Pet friendly staff are welcoming friendly and nice

Cons:

The only downside is the AC leaks water and there are no other aircon room, the hotel cannot offer other room. They provided towels to soak the water although is not livable the facility can be better for a hotel…

Gute fußläufige Lage zur Stadtmitte, nettes Rezeptionsteam, Parkplatz hat geklappt, trotz vorheriger Ankündigung, dass es wegen Renovierungsarbeiten eng werden könnte. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer, alles tipptopp

Man könnte vielleicht das Dach begrünen, auf das Zimmer 111 'Aussicht' hat, das wäre sicher nett.

Good value for area. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We stayed in the new wing, so it felt very fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable. Many outlets for plugging in electronic devices and charging cords.
Very walkable to get to city center.

Cons:

The signage from the street entrance could be more visible. We missed it the first time and had to go around and try again.

Lovely hotel but didn’t like the room we were allocated would book there again
Pros:

Breakfast very nice, hotel downstairs area very nice, nice dining area and bar. Had a nice evening meal.
Staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room was very sub standard. Did not compare to any of the pictures of rooms online. It was on 3rd floor. Needed updating, air conditioner leaked and loud so didn’t use it. The blind on window needed repairing. No glasses in bathroom. Only 2 tea bags, toilet roll had already been started and no spare ones.
View to back was all weeds and junk and
right near the air conditioner unit so loud when we had the window open.
Feel we were given this room as we booked through yr agency and not direct. We booked this a while ago not the night before. Not sure how these hotels allocate rooms.

Amazing as always
Pros:

It’s our third stay at this hotel… and every time it amazes us with something unexpected. This time we found a very cheerful man explaining to us the history of this place. The staff was definitely nicer than past years in general. Refurbishing is paying off. There is everything you need and the free park is definitely a plus.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. It’s odd they didn’t have air conditioning. Past years we were freezing inside our room.

Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice

Cons:

The Aircon in the room was very noisy. Could not leave windows open as the pipes on the roof plus other Aircon units were very noisy. So not a very good night sleep.

The heatwave made the walk to the Town Centre a bit tiring....
The breakfast was excellent
well done for the free parking

Cons:

Would have preferred a walk in shower, but never mind
There ought to be a small refrigerator in the room like most other hotels have
