Good value
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Comfy in the cooler months
Pros:

Consistent, high quality and attentive care from staff. Good quality rooms and fittings, clean. Nice breay, great location.

Cons:

No aircon in my room in 32 degree heat however I met another guest at breakfast and they said they had it in their room. I booked 6 months in advance to make sure I got looked after but apparently that didn't make any difference. Initially they tried to put me on the third floor which was like a furnace but I insisted on being moved to the first floor and they were very accommodating. In the cooler months I am sure it would be very comfortable but management needs to learn how to deal with hot weather more efficiently because you don't keep the heat out by opening the windows in the middle of the afternoon. The staff were just lovely.

Proximité du centre ville. Parfait.
Bel établissement. Petit déjeuner très bien.
Personnel agréable et réactif. La chambre était spacieuse et donnait sur le jardin. Hotel joliment décoré.

Cons:

Problème avec la climatisation qui n’a plus fonctionné à la fin du séjour. On nous a fourni 2 ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et ce n'était pas possible de changer de chambre car l'hôtel était complet.

A Castle!
Pros:

Huge apartment, pool, fantastic location, very dog friendly, was lovely to spend a few days in a castle! Beautiful sunsets viewed from window that overlooked harbour, very picturesque, Beds very comfortable, slept really well after day sightseeing.

Comfy beds and attentive staff
Pros:

Very comfy beds and clean room with modern bathroom. Good to have parking included, and then 10-15min walk back to the cathedral area.
As the UK was having a heatwave, it was good to have a fan in the room (the building would prob need a massive refit to have air con)

Cons:

As we were top floor (3rd), it was very hot. A second fan would have been great.

Friendly staff excellent location.
Pros:

Breakfast pretty standard. Bar food only restaurant being renovated. Staff very good. Room excellent. Great location 15 20 min walk to centre.

Cons:

Would be better with more parking. I was lucky to get last spot.
