The lovely staff, friendly and helpful. We took our little cocker spaniel and she had a bed and bowl ready in the room. We got an upgrade and wow it was special. Breakfast was wonderful with lovely, cheerful staff on hand to take care of us. Food was self service, plentiful and delicious. A highly recommended hotel and we are booking with them again. We went 29.4 to 2.5.26 with Canterbury on our door and so much to see and do. Try the punt experience it was great.
Nothing we didn't like, it was 100% perfect for us as a couple with a little dog.
Beautiful property and grounds. They were having some refurbishments carried out when we stayed but everything was still clean and tidy
Our room carpet had lots of stains even though the room looked newly repainted.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had booked the air con wasn't working and within minutes someone came up to check and we were moved to a room that it worked. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast had everything you need to start your day and again the staff were wonderful and helpful. Having the free carpark was fantastic too, with only a 10minute walk to the centre.
We enjoyed everything. Nothing not to like.
