The staff was wonderful! Friendly service and very helpful.
Pros:

It is in a beautiful location, with every room having a private balcony overlooking the river and one of the mountains. The rooms are large, with two king-size beds, and a seating area.

Loved Hot Springs Inn!
Pros:

Our group of 6 recently stayed at the Inn. Our rooms were great, spacious with two king beds and a seating area. We overlooked the river and slept with our windows open listening to the river. The rooms were clean and provided amenities including toiletries, brand new hairdryers and nice toiletries. On-site hot tub was great and it was a short walk along the river to the public hot spring pools and to town. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the reception and eating area are filled with interesting art and decor. We loved our stay and look forward to returning. Highly recomment Hot Springs Inn!

Large rooms with river view
Pros:

Room was large, the balcony overlooking the rolling river was relaxing. Drive up appeal was weastern style decor including a stagecoach, makeshift cabin with a two person swing beside the little cabin.
The hot tub was wonderful with a view of the river.
Continental breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from.

Sleep with the rushing river
Pros:

An excellent choice for my visit to Ray. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The best was the back of the room opened directly onto the river. I slept a wonderful sleep, listening to the sound of the rushing creek.

Riverfront peaceful mountain escape
Pros:

Hotel Springs Inn and Ouray are one of the best destinations I've been to. The property has it all. All the rooms have big windows and balconies opening on the Umcompagre River, they have two super comfortable king size beds with a gas fireplace, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a lot of room in the room. Sitting on the balcony sipping coffee or enjoying a glass of wine for happy hour by the river can't be beat. The price includes an excellent breakfast in the morning, very friendly and helpful people working who can give you lots of ideas of things to do, a hot tub between buildings along the river for relaxing after a day of hiking, and a riverfront 1 mile trail for a morning coffee walk or evening after dinner stroll. Its also right down the street from the Hot Springs and there is a path you can take to not have to walk along the road. The Hot Springs are probably more fun for family travel. Looked more like a swimming pool. We enjoyed the hot tub at the hotel with the river flowing behind us. Ouray is a relaxed and fun mountain town and a fun base from which to explore other areas like Telluride, Black Canyon, or the Million Dollar Highway.
