Location over comfort/rest
Pros:

Loved the balcony and the river behind the property, that was stunning and the primary reason I chose the location. The location was easy to walk to town but slightly out of town enough that it was off the path.

Cons:

The toilet ran. There was zero sound insulation between the walls and certainly not from people stomping on our heads all night, it was very poorly insulated. We could hear our neighbors’ entire conversation. The continental breakfast is a nice idea but they had no options for people with special dietary needs like low carb, low sugar options. You have to ask for room service every third day of your stay, it is a bit of a pain when the trash cans outside are locked because of wildlife and have to ask for trash cans to be unlocked to take out your trash. The headboards are wood and the sheets did not fit the beds so you scraped and cut up your knuckles trying to fix your bed everyday. The coffee pot in the room is one 8 oz cup at best and the microwave is ill fitting and balanced on the mini fridge- we were afraid we were going to knock it off. It was about the river and not the room for our stay.

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

We loved this location and stayed an extra night. The room was clean, comfortable and with plenty of space. Enjoyed sitting on the private balcony looking at the beautiful view, listening to the water and relaxing after a day of hiking. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast included cereal, breads, baked goods, yogurt, milk, coffee and tea.

Excellent choice!
Pros:

I stayed here with my sister and nephew for Memorial Day and it was a great spot! I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Everything. The room is super comfy, can accommodate a family with small children or even 4 people, there are 2 queen beds eaxh with 4 comfortable pillows. The room has a balcony with a mountain and river view, very cozy to have coffee in the morning. The staff are very accommodating too.The price is very reasonable for what the accommodation offers.

The staff was wonderful! Friendly service and very helpful.

It is in a beautiful location, with every room having a private balcony overlooking the river and one of the mountains. The rooms are large, with two king-size beds, and a seating area.

Loved Hot Springs Inn!
Pros:

Our group of 6 recently stayed at the Inn. Our rooms were great, spacious with two king beds and a seating area. We overlooked the river and slept with our windows open listening to the river. The rooms were clean and provided amenities including toiletries, brand new hairdryers and nice toiletries. On-site hot tub was great and it was a short walk along the river to the public hot spring pools and to town. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the reception and eating area are filled with interesting art and decor. We loved our stay and look forward to returning. Highly recomment Hot Springs Inn!

Large rooms with river view
Pros:

Room was large, the balcony overlooking the rolling river was relaxing. Drive up appeal was weastern style decor including a stagecoach, makeshift cabin with a two person swing beside the little cabin.
The hot tub was wonderful with a view of the river.
Continental breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from.

Sleep with the rushing river
Pros:

An excellent choice for my visit to Ray. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The best was the back of the room opened directly onto the river. I slept a wonderful sleep, listening to the sound of the rushing creek.
