Pros:

Very clean and on the river. Easy walk to the Hot Springs and a beautiful walking trail right outside the door.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we were given a room on the bottom floor and had to listen to the heavy footed family stomping around til 11pm and then get up at dawn to leave. They were so noisy and there is no carpet so the noise is amplified. We didn’t get any sleep in what should have been a quiet night on the river.

Wonderful…
Pros:

Our room at the Hot Springs Inn was wonderful. Our view looked out to the Uncompahgre River. Room was super clean and recently updated with two king beds which were super comfortable. Hosts in the office were so friendly and adequate continental breakfast.

Pros:

Location was great, on the river with private balcony. Breakfast was plain but ample in a lovely dining room and the staff topped up bread/bagels as required. Ouray is a delightful town and lived up to it’s reputation as “Americas Switzerland”

Great place to stay in Ouray
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Our balcony was along the river. The room was very clean and so cute. Walking distance to downtown. The highlight was the bear that walked on the path by the river in front of our balcony. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Beautiful location minutes from downtown and Hot Springs. On the river!! Amazing view from the patio surrounded by mountains and river and walking trail a few feet away. Big room and clean.
