Nice little gem and great value

each unit had a small patio next to a stream

Cons:

Chairs on patio in poor condition...the continental breakfast was on the minimalist side. Hours on hot tube were so early that it left little time to make use of it.

Access to the river was nice and the staff made the stay enjoyable.

Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Hot Springs Inn does not have any free access to any hot springs.

Sheets did not fit well on the beds and kept coming off at the corners.

No service to empty trash and provide fresh towels to the room

2 night stay while on a roadtrip, enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location- beautiful views from the balcony, peaceful, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t open for use, we would have enjoyed that, but recognized that was unusual.

Excellent and pleasant stay to remember
Pros:

Excellent location on the river bank with Mountain View on the other bank. Rooms were spacious, clean with big beds.

Cons:

Only item to complain about was the Folgers Coffee…..gross and undrinkable. Thank God The town was very close and had a couple of places that opened very early and served a fabulous Latte

Do Not Miss this Amazing Inn!
Pros:

Very welcoming and cozy Inn, location is amazing, calm and quiet. We were there 3 days, very comfortable beds, 2 large kings were great! Sat on the back porch at the rivers edge watching a short rain come over the mountains! BEAUTIFUL! This is a wonderful, clean and very relaxing Inn! Will be coming back again!

Amazing experience
Pros:

We absolutely loved our short stay, the views are amazing the rooms are spacious comfortable and beautiful decor ! The front desk staff was so amazing and we he breakfast was good to! We will definitely be back !
