楽しい博多の旅でした
Pros:

ここはバスルームがなく
歩いて１０分くらいのところに銭湯があって毎日そこに通ってました
あと近くに美味しいお店が多数あり全く飽きませんでした
というか１ヶ月くらい泊らないと美味しいお店全部に回れないなと思いました
今度はマンスリーマンションを借りて泊まりたいです

我們帶小孩連續住了六晚,其實室內空間還蠻小的，有一個很漂亮的陽台，但其實戶外很冷，不太會出去吃東西，室內完全沒有桌子椅子，帶小孩吃東西很不方便，廁所和浴室 門口地板有小突起，大家幾乎都踢到差點跌倒，設計不友善，雖然有洗衣機， 但洗衣精只提供一包，寫信給客服，拖到 第四天才真的給我們補充新的洗衣精，倒垃圾也要提前預約，六天完全沒有客房服務，我們擔心床單髒了，想要備用床單來預備，沒想到還要加價2000日幣！ 剛入住的時候wifi 設定也有問題，打電話給客服雞同鴨講了一陣子 他們重新開了伺服器才成功連線上網路, 雖然有廚房，但設備廚具等很少，連削水果皮的刀子也沒有， 有點大概只有很新，環境也打掃得蠻乾淨的, 因為是無人旅館，所以無法寄放行李，要自己找地方寄放

最上階（スイート）を予約しました。
バルコニーや洗面台、お風呂が広く、非常にコスパが良いです。
1泊じゃ物足りないです。
部屋の2面がガラス張りで、雰囲気がとても良かったです。

Cons:

洗濯機の使い方が分かりませんでした。

Pros:

3人での宿泊で検索し出てきたが1Kをダブルベット1台と布団(床びき)。
急遽とったので、まぁそんなもんという感じ。
不衛生等はなかった。

Cons:

3人で泊まるなら狭い。当然だが。
ただ安く済ませれる。

Good location, easy check in, could use a little more attention.
Pros:

Location is pretty good to get around central Fukuoka. Less than 10 minutes to a train line and subway line. Not hard to get here from the airport using public transportation.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my spouse and 1 year old. I ended up booking 3 nights first and booking a second time to add a 4th night. Host was able to accommodate. Stayed in room 302.

Would consider staying here again for the price and location.

Room seemed clean and I was able to do laundry (they provided one packet of laundry detergent.)

Basic kitchen appliances and cookware. We primarily used the microwave, refrigerator, and hot water heater.

Check-in was easy with pre-check info. Self check-in wouldn’t allow me check in even 10 minutes early. I couldn’t checkout properly because of my extended stay so I just messaged them when I checked out. Building and room entry is done through passcodes.

Cons:

The apartment looks larger in the pictures. The room is narrow with the size of the bed, table, and extra refrigerator (one mini one in kitchen and one normal size one in the room.)

The holder to put the clothes drying pole on the wall next to the balcony was broken (just holes in the wall showing where the holder was) so I ended up place the pole in the middle of the room balanced between two chairs. It took up the whole space so we dried laundry during the day when we were out or when we were sleeping. There were only 4 hangers so I bought a clothes drying rack and hangers at Daiso (¥100 store.) I didn’t bother to message them about this but the clothes pole should have been fixed and they should provide a clothes drying rack since guests will wash more than 4 shirts.

At the base of bed are extra blankets but I didn’t know if they were clean or not. They should be placed in bags or stored in a closet (if there was one).

Bed frame is showing signs of wear.

Trash location is in the dresser in the entry way. The trash bin and recycling bin should auto open when you open the dresser but they don’t as they are broken. Should be replaced.

WiFi in the room wasn’t working but I just connected to the neighbors WiFi since each room uses the same password.
