Pros:

The Princess ( cat ) made my stay even better. I’ll miss her. She is sassy but i always started my day with patting her fluffy head.
Overall definitely a good place to stay. Location is great. Rooms are not outdated.

Perfect location — absolutely amazing! I was honestly a bit worried about going to Istanbul after reading online about unsafe areas, but this place completely changed my impression. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, everything is within walking distance, and the prices are very reasonable.

The room was generally good, though it was occasionally a bit dusty.

I also want to highlight the staff who welcomed us — a girl with red hair and a tall, fair-haired guy with light eyes. They were incredibly polite, kind, and truly made a great impression. Some of the other staff members were okay, but not quite at the same level.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and loved the experience. Highly recommend!

Emplacement parfait et hôtel très confortable
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal car proche du tramway, de l'embarcadère des ferrys, du pont et de la tour de Galata, la décoration est soignée, en particulier la salle du petit déjeuner, l'espace spa qui permet de se relaxer dans la piscine, le hammam ou le sauna après avoir arpenté la ville à pied et battu son record de nombre de pas par jour :-)

Cons:

L'odeur des fish wraps dans la rue mais ce n'est pas gênant si on ne laisse pas les fenêtres ouvertes.

Prettige kamer en ontbijt. Toplocatie.

Cons:

Inchecken was een drama door een slecht geïnstrueerde medewerker. De spa faciliteiten waren door technische problemen niet volledig beschikbaar. Receptie medewerker heeft gebrekkig begrip van Engels.

Top Lage Rezeption super Leute sehr nett .

Cons:

Oben Frühstücksraum die Dame die uns serviert hat ,hatte wohl ein Problem ihr selben Landsleute zu bedienen .Nix gegen das hotel oder gegen das Frühstück aber wir haben in 2 Tagen 4 Gläser Tee bekommen das war eigentlich auch der Grund wegen dem Frühstück.Das fand ich schon sehr frech von ihr. ABER LEUTE TOP HOTEL.

Amazing location, super friendly people
Pros:

The location is perfect! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and also very tasty, the restaurant on the top floor has good view and cosy feeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect stay!

Pros:

Istanbul est une ville magnifique et l'hotel est très bien situé. Le seul bémol : la navette qui n'était pas au rendez-vous à l'aéroport et qui nous a quand même été facturé. Nous aurions aimé un petit geste commercial, mais rien....

Great location and amazing staff
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good variety. Rooms are a nice size, clean and comfy. Nice pool with sauna. Location perfect for old town and the Galata tower.

Cons:

Rooms not so well sound proofed. Spa only takes cash.

В целом, понравилась только локация. Рядом Галатапорт.
Pros:

Номера чистые, уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Завтраки скромные, овощи заветренные, будто вчера порезали, и утром выложили. Честно сказать выбирала отель с отзывами о завтраках, так как путешествовали с детьми. Завтраки очень скромные.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Very central location. Quiet during the night.

Cons:

Pick up from the airport was terrible. Instructions were not clear and were changed last minute. 45 min wait for the car.
