Pros:

Das Hotel war modern und gut gelegen. Wir waren mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern dort (4 und 6 Jahre). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem das Personal war freundlich. Wir konnten mit den Kindern den Pool nutzen, was uns gut gefallen hat.

Ottima accoglienza.
Pros:

Location molto comoda per tutte le escursioni. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Piscina gradevole fare una nuota dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno.

Cons:

Camera piccola e poco spazio per appoggiare o appendere abiti ed oggetti vari. Difficoltà nel regolare la temperatura della stanza.

Close to ferries, Galata bridge, and restaurants; quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Service was exceptional. We left one our phones in the taxi we arrived in. Yilmaz jumped into action, took us to the police station where they could call the cabby to return with the phone. Disaster averted thanks to Yilmaz’s quick action! He took care of us the whole stay. Breakfast great in the beautiful dining room, and the spa was so relaxing.

Cons:

No complaints about the property or service.
