We will absolutely be back!
Pros:

What an incredible stay in Istanbul. The location could not have been better for exploring the city, but the real highlight was Murat at the reception desk, who went above and beyond by taking the time to show us how to get around on public transport, explaining which tram and metro lines to take and the best routes to every place on our list.

Het was onze tweede keer in dit hotel. En wat mij betreft komt er ook een derde keer.
Pros:

De lokatie is perfect. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamers en fijne douche

Cons:

Er mag best een extra rol toiletpapier op de kamer aanwezig zijn.

Pros:

Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren jedes Jahr und uns hat es bisher immer sehr gut gefallen.
Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zu jederzeit ist jemand da und es wird sich direkt gekümmert wenn man etwas möchte ohne das man lange warten muss oder mehrmals fragen muss.
Das Hotel hat 24 Std. ein Sicherheitsdienst was ein zusätzliches Sicherheitsgefühl übermittelt.
Ein kleinen gemütlichen Spa Bereich ist auch vorhanden was keine Wünsche offen lässt

Cons:

Es ist etwas hellhörig und diesesmal hatten wir etwas Pech mit unserem Bett jedoch war es das erste Mal.

Pros:

Location was super, steps away from the beautiful Galata port, cafes, tram station. Hotel is beautiful with cosy rooms. Spa has a heated pool which is a plus. And the staff are very accommodating. Murat and the security guy I think Onor were very sweet and helpful.
Roof top breakfast area has sea view as well.
Highly recommended for everyone

الازعاج وعدم وجود عزل بين الغرف وعامل التنظيف سيء جداً كان يطالبنا بالتنظيف قبل الواحدة ظهراً لانه سيغادر عملة في الواحدة ظهراً مما اضطرنا لعدم النوم بشكل جيد طيلة إقامتنا ونحن عائلة!
