Pros:

Very convenient location. Close to everything including walking distance to the immigration port to Hong Kong and the largest shopping mall near the border. No matter it is one of the oldest hotel since the opening of China.l in the 80s. So good and bad as the Rooms and facilities are outdated

Great hotel for a short stay!
Pros:

It was the third times we stayed here. This time we were so lucky because we got an upgraded room without any condition! The room was so large and have a great city view from 19th floor! Unfortunately, the basement restaurant didn't provide dinner anymore. It seems that it closed in the evening now. we miss the dinner buffet in the restaurant cause we used to had buffets there. However, we still think the hotel is good and got a comfort stay as we had.

Worser than other 2-3 stars hotels in China
Pros:

- The room is smelly with asktray inside the room although we requested for a non smoking room.
- The room card, elevator, lobby and floor lobby are required for renovation.
- The texture and quality of shampoo and bathing gel seems are aged which manufactured for a long while.
- Some lights cannot be switched on.

The room was good size. Cleaning lady did a good job and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the dim sums on the second floor restaurant.

Very friendly and considerate staff. Great location in Louhu. Easy walk almost anywhere. Close to Shenzhen Subway Line # 1 and Line #9.

Pros:

Consistent odor of smoke in the hallway along with the odor of sewage from the bathroom occasionally. Older hotel that needs to be updated. On the positive side the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d probably pick somewhere else to stay next time.
