Uncomfortable and disappointing.
Pros:

The reception staff were helpful and friendly and we were walking distance from everywhere.

Cons:

Our room was on the first floor overlooking a busy restaurant on a main street, so it was very noisy and hot. The air conditioning was even noisier, the sink in the bathroom smelled of drains the whole time we were there, the room was not cleaned properly while we were there and the smell wasn't addresses apart from pouring bleach down the drain. The reception staff said they needed to get a plumber but one didn't arrive.

Great little hotel in the perfect location!
Pros:

The view from our bathroom - absolutely stunning! The location is also perfect - exactly half way between the train station and most of the sights.

A great place to stay

Great location for walking to the galleries and sights as well as the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast.

Pros:

Situato a 4 min dalla stazione e 5 min dal centro in un palazzo del XV sec che riporta ancora alcuni affreschi originali su muri e soffitti.
Le stanze sono comode, pratiche, pulite e ben insonorizzate. Ci sono tutti i servizi al suo interno: piccola cassaforte e frigo bar, servizio da te e caffè con bollitore e aria condizionata.
Buona la colazione con tanta scelta dal dolce al salato servita nel cortile interno che, pur essendo sovrastato dai palazzo adiacenti, e ben curato e rilassante.
Personale gentile e disponibile.

ottima posizione in pieno centro a pochi passi da piazza Santa Maria Novella. Buona colazione servita in saletta elegante (in periodi di clima mite, è anche disponibile un cortile pittoresco). Camera comoda e ben accessoriata.

Cons:

La temperatura di una delle due camere era leggermente bassa, sarebbe da aggiornare il sistema di riscaldamento.

Florence est une ville magnifique, si un jour je dois revenir à Florence je reviendrai sans hésiter à l’hôtel di borgo .

Emplacement idéal .
Hôtel magnifique, personnel très sympathique.
Mon seul regret nous n’avions pas de fresque dans notre chambre .
