A wonderful finale for my 3-week stay in Italy! Many thanks to the staff!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! I was traveling alone, celebrating my 70th birthday. Joyce ensured that I had a lovely, quiet, beautiful room overlooking the breakfast courtyard, and left me a lovely birthday/welcome message. The front desk team was welcoming and so helpful with visitor info, recommendations for restaurants and wonderful walks; even provided a fun tour of the palazzo and its history and ensured that I had a taxi to the airport for my early flight, with a takeout breakfast for my journey! The housekeeping staff and kitchen team were friendly and helpful. Location so convenient, to train station and beautiful church/square, lovely local eateries, a brief walk to all Florence sights. Delightful!

Perfect location with quality and calm.
Pros:

Friendly staff, fantastic location, very convenient for all we wanted to see and do. Hotel has a lot of charm and character. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and a great selection for breakfast.

Adequate, handy location and very welcoming
Pros:

Handy location for train station and all the sites. Very charming decor and breakfast room/ courtyard.

Cons:

My room was very small, there wasn’t much room to unpack in or hang my coat. Same for the bathroom. The bed wasn’t very comfy and I could hear the rumble of what I assume were trains.

The staff went above and beyond!!!
The breakfast was to die for and the location was amazing.
The views were out of a movie for real.

Cons:

The room was so hot and extremely dated!!!!! No A/C. We were there in march and I could not imagine being there in the summertime my goodness. DO NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DESTROYED BY MOSQUITOES. I got bit like 50 times it was the worst!!!!!

O quarto é muito bom, limpo e bem tranquilo, o banheiro é novo, o café da manhã é nota 10 e os funcionários são muito atenciosos, arriscam até um português !!! Recomendo !!! O prédio fica a 5 minutos a pé do centro de Florença e 5 minutos a pé da estação de trem.....

Cons:

Nada a reclamar !!! Tivemos um probleminha na fechadura do banheiro e em menos de 10 minutos já tinham resolvido.

Beautiful palace, in a great location.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a tiny bit bigger and comfortable, also the A/C was a bit too loud but overall it’s only a tiny flaw.

Pros:

Very nice friendly staff, clean room, very nice location and decent breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like to small room, the ants in the bathroom that one night also were found in our bed!!. I also didn't like that you could hear your neighbours from next door while they were in the bathrooms! Also, the closet and bathroom door were making an extremely loud noise when being opened.
