lugar soñado en Paris
Pros:

muy buena ubicación, al lado de todo. la cocina y el balconcito muy lindos. el personal muy amable. El desayuno excelente, aunque quizás un poco caro.

Pros:

The room is a good size. There's a small kitchen. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

There's a significant delay in the laundry service, and there's also a clicking and rattling noise in the upstairs room. I informed the hotel management, but no one responded.
The room door also makes an annoying noise if one of the adjacent doors closes.

Great location, but quite a stretch before it is actually ‘5 stars’
Pros:

Very nicely decorated room, great location

Cons:

A few things need attending to - the room cleaning wasn’t completed until the evening on both days, despite us informing staff the room was ready to clean when we left for the morning.

Our fridge wasn’t correctly fitted so it wouldn’t close properly and the lift was broken on 3 occasions (we only stayed 3 nights).

Avoid at all costs

Cons:

The level of unprofessionalism, for a 5star hotel, was appalling. From upgrades turning into management harassing to get payment for what became an upsell, room keys deactivated for the same reasons by management, luggage service not helping loading on departure, hotel manager obsessed with processes and procedures over customer experience, amenities not present as standard in the room, express dry cleaning delivered in 30hours instead of 8, and only after regular follow ups, and still charged at the express rate .. the list goes on and we spent 1hour per day dealing with the non sense imposed on us by management
Extremely disappointing stay, far from the standards one should expect from such establishment

Cons:

Die Damen an der Rezeption lächeln nicht und grüßen nicht und verabschieden siech nicht. Sie haben 0 Dienstleistungsgen.
Wenn man an der Rezeption fragt, ob man Toilettenpapier haben könne weil es nicht aufgefüllt worden sei und die Antwort in einem 5 Sternehaus ist warum ich denn nicht das houskeeping benachrichtige.
Bei der Abreise haben wir frühzeitig ein Taxi bestellt und wegen des Topservice fasst den Zug verpasst.
Hier ist dringender Scvhulungsbedarf

Great location, room was clean, staff was not friendly, would not let us have an extra bottle of water for three people, both lights in the bathroom were not working, we notified the staff but it was never fixed. Overall loved the hotel just not the staff.
