We loved the location in reference to the lake and nearby activities. The condo was very clean, housekeeping was great.
Both hairdryers were sparking, usable and gave off a terrible scent that lingered. The garage door to access our end of the underground garage was broken. We had to go through the entirety of garage of which was dimly lit and had a smell of sewage. We lost power two seperate times with the first time being out for over 8 hours. We quickly found out that there was no backup generator. The first instance the staff was frazzled and did not seem to have a plan to direct guests. The second power outtage was planned and we got no communication from staff prior. When we asked, the lady at the front desk, she told us we could've known if we checked the Nevada Power Districts Facebook page. We are from out of town, staying in California location so how would we know to check another states power company social media. This was very disappointing because we had less than a day left to stay with many activities planned that we could not do. During both power outages, it was discovered that there was no emergency lighting between the lobby and the rooms which is a huge life safety concern. The front desk offered small flashlights to navigate which was unacceptable. There was a small generator that was used for keeping the front desk powered during the outages however the exhaust was directly next to the stair well, which filled the stairwell up with carbon dioxide. During the outage, we went to go up/down to the room and felt very light headed and hard to breath due to all of the fumes. We could not use many of the amenities that were promised with this booking due to the power outages. While we understand that the outage was most likely caused by the fires that was out of control of the staff, it was very poorly handled by the staff on-site. When expressing all of these concerns to the front desk, the response was "we are sorry" which is completely unacceptable with all of the misfortunes that occured.
Secure parking, nice hot tubs, friendly and helpful staff
Way too expensive for the room was really small.
Everything was great!
Room was clean and staff was great.
No USB ports. Limited access to power outlets. Overcrowded with a large sofa and no chair.
The location was excellent, with stunning mountain views and easy access to the gondola, hiking trails, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making our family stay very comfortable. The village atmosphere was lively, family-friendly, and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe.
Nothing significant
Excellent location and excellent staff. I got the room with best views!! The fact that free shuttle bus stops right at the property was a huge plus point. Lots of activities nearby.
Pans in the kitchen were not of good quality. Bedroom was getting hot in the night and fan was not enough.
Horrible bedding. The comforter was so static it made fire sparks. Had to take it off. Could not use it. Very dangerous and it smelled like smoke.
Awesome location, friendly staff, perfect steamy hot tubs outside! Loved having our own drying room for ski clothing in our room. Easy access to free ski lockers at base of property. Good laundry room.
Right in the village close to the lifts and restaurants. Big rooms, ski locker, ease of parking
Noise if there is snow and they have to clean the parking for next day skiers visit. Beds are a bit soft.
Parking at Tahoe was insane that weekend. Staying on site the resort guaranteed we could get to ski. We had a small kitchen in our suite. Nearby grocery store made it easy to get ingredients ! Bed was also super comfortable. Hot tub and sauna were great.
