Everything was great!
Room was clean and staff was great.
No USB ports. Limited access to power outlets. Overcrowded with a large sofa and no chair.
The location was excellent, with stunning mountain views and easy access to the gondola, hiking trails, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making our family stay very comfortable. The village atmosphere was lively, family-friendly, and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe.
Nothing significant
Excellent location and excellent staff. I got the room with best views!! The fact that free shuttle bus stops right at the property was a huge plus point. Lots of activities nearby.
Pans in the kitchen were not of good quality. Bedroom was getting hot in the night and fan was not enough.
Horrible bedding. The comforter was so static it made fire sparks. Had to take it off. Could not use it. Very dangerous and it smelled like smoke.
Awesome location, friendly staff, perfect steamy hot tubs outside! Loved having our own drying room for ski clothing in our room. Easy access to free ski lockers at base of property. Good laundry room.
Right in the village close to the lifts and restaurants. Big rooms, ski locker, ease of parking
Noise if there is snow and they have to clean the parking for next day skiers visit. Beds are a bit soft.
Parking at Tahoe was insane that weekend. Staying on site the resort guaranteed we could get to ski. We had a small kitchen in our suite. Nearby grocery store made it easy to get ingredients ! Bed was also super comfortable. Hot tub and sauna were great.

The location is perfect for a mountain stay close to Tahoe. The property is easy to navigate around and very cozy!
Our view of the mountains wasn’t bad. Kitchen was well stocked.
Very long walk from the elevator, one of the elevators sounds like it’s going to break down, kinda scary. They told us at the front desk that we got an upgrade, the only upgrade was it was two bedroom, not one, the condo was worn and dated, nice size deck but no table outside, only two very uncomfortable metal chairs, plus we were right above the main road for early morning supply trucks, trash trucks etc., very loud, gas fireplace was flashing so we stopped using it, pulled a dish and a knife out of the cupboard, both were dirty, the wood blinds in the main bedroom were broken, meaning the wood slat was broken out, which created no privacy and sun in your face in the morning, there was a blood stain on the master shower curtain (gross), no counters in the bathrooms for bathroom supplies and the condo has a smell, maybe animals? Smoke? Not sure. Apparently building 3 is the oldest most worn of all the buildings, don’t stay there. We asked to be moved to another newer building but they said we would not get the “premier” room we paid for. If this was an upgrade we’d hate to see what our original room looked like!
