- from the resort to Kamala Beach (11:00, 13:00, 14:00)
- from Kamala Beach to the resort (14:15, 16:15, 18:15)
Seating is available on a first-come, first serve basis.

The staff was very attentive and helpuf

Cons:

The location of the hotel, there is no beach infornt of it, just rocks, not swimable. The location of the room, the balcony was exposed to the entrance of the hotel so no privacy, constantly exposed, couldn't enjoy the plunge pool and balcony. The room facilities are not up to date.

تم حجز غرفه عائليه وغرفه مزدوجه وتم دفع مبلغ زياده للغرفه المزدوجه حتى تكون متصله مع الغرفه العائليه وبهذه اللحظه ادرلك وجود نوع من الاستغلال والافضل ان تكون متصله ومجانيه مع العلم ان المسبح كان مغلق للصيانه حيث لم استخدم المسبح

Not meeting the hotel's standard of cleanliness.
Pros:

Staff were nice. Usually, Thai people are friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was total chaos. All the chairs were dirty, and I did not feel comfortable sitting there. Staff seemed overloaded with too much work, and the manager wasn't paying attention or helping. Some of the glasses served were unclean. Disgusting. Even though they apologized, it was still terrible. I had a stomach virus while I was staying. They should not be called Hyatt Regency- at all.. it was worst Hyatt ever. Sorry.
