- from the resort to Kamala Beach (11:00, 13:00, 14:00)
- from Kamala Beach to the resort (14:15, 16:15, 18:15)

Great customer service. They gave me an upgrade, as the booked room was not available with one large bed, only doble bed available at the time of the booking. I got a beautiful room with private pool in the terrace. Great bathroom, super big and great lighting. The pool of the hotel if super beautiful during the day, but even more at evening time. Quality of the food pretty good overall.
The pool is very close to the main road, a bit noisy some times.

The property is quite big and ideal for a family stay. Massive pool with great restaurant choices (especially the sunset bar/resto which has another pool that’s better suited for couples). The location is perfect too just a few minutes from Kamala beach.
We had an issue with the AC in the room we booked but they were kind enough to upgrade us almost immediately. Staff is super friendly and very likable and attends to your needs instantly, especially the buggy service which was very efficient.
The rooms are a bit old and need renovating. There could definitely be improvement there considering the price.
The beach area is very small and quite dirty.
Small detail that some people might care about - the gym is super basic, bit of a letdown for a 5 star hotel.
Not directly in the Centre of town and nicely nestled into the mountain with individual buildings rather than one big block.
Own access to the beach as an alternative to the pool.

месторасположение отеля сомнительное, но если ты на байке, то в принципе это решаемо. Из-за своей холмистой местности, все гости передвигаются на электрокарах и приходится переодически уворачиваться от машинок) Купабельного пляжа у отеля нет. Нету счастливых часов у бассейного бара)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and special.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Their level of service was outstanding — always attentive, incredibly responsive, and genuinely warm. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, making us feel both valued and completely at ease throughout my stay.
The resort itself is fantastic: well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located in Kamala to enjoy both relaxation and leisure. Nice environment that’s both luxurious and welcoming.
Overall, a truly memorable experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where great service meets a great setting.
