- from the resort to Kamala Beach (11:00, 13:00, 14:00)
- from Kamala Beach to the resort (14:15, 16:15, 18:15)

Staff were nice. Usually, Thai people are friendly.
Breakfast was total chaos. All the chairs were dirty, and I did not feel comfortable sitting there. Staff seemed overloaded with too much work, and the manager wasn't paying attention or helping. Some of the glasses served were unclean. Disgusting. Even though they apologized, it was still terrible. I had a stomach virus while I was staying. They should not be called Hyatt Regency- at all.. it was worst Hyatt ever. Sorry.
Good pool
Food was not great and the place looked tired needs a renovation. Staff were lovely.

Staff were very nice, especially Boay who made our stay very enjoyable. All staff were nice and they prepared a nice honeymoon surprise as well 😍.
Pool, beach access, food both BF and dinner were outstanding. Rooms.with roof.access were very nice.

Size of some rooms were.a bit small, while bathroom took a big portion of the room!
Some.rooms.are. located at low.floors and.some are at top.of.a Hill which is not convenient,.yet.golf carts.are available.
Breakfast was very good many varieties of choices front desk changed our room second day yo a better room which had gorgeous room with stunning ocean and pool view its time they add nespresso coffee maker in room as provided in many hotels of this category.
Quality of toilet rolls is very poor over soft
