Pros:

Not my first time stay in this hotel, seems like it still maintain its qualirlty...

(1) Near, walking distance to HK boarder.
(2) Lobby is grand, 5 stars
(3) Convenient store 24 hours inside Hotel, big plus.

Cons:

(1) the time when we stay, in front of the hotel has block road, so difficult to fund the main entrance of the hotel.

(2) Still some walking distance to MRT, Train station.. walking about 15 - 20 mins.

(3) Less activities during night, not that many Hong Kong resraurants around.

We have constantly chosen this hotel to stay during the last 6 times we have been to Shenzhen.
Pros:

Breakfast was very handy, but the coffee was extremely strong. I found the baos were cold and all the food would have been a lot better had it been warmer (we were down about 7.45 to 8.00 am.

Room had a fantastic view of the water.

Cons:

Location - unfortunately because of construction, the walking to and from the hotel was dangerous caused by the electric scooters with very narrow pathways (not your fault though).

The temperature of the room at night was a bit hot in January, due to the heater/aircon. We tried to adjust the temperature, but unsuccessful. Our family had 6 rooms and they all found it the same.

Pros:

It was a nice location, great view from our room and close to food, shopping, and train station.

Cons:

Bathroom looked dated, beds were hard ( although my husband thought they were great)
We were not used to having non-potable water, but we were given bottles of water daily.
There was smell of cigarette smoke in hallway.

Very pleasant.i will definitely stay there again
Pros:

Across the street from Louhu train station and metro for China / Lo Wo Metro for Hong Kong.

This made it ideal to walk to the station and go to Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

Easy to get to city center with a taxi.

Clean linen and towels.

Staff are professional.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn’t like. Some room and bathroom and fittings are outdated, and this adds to Felicity’s charm.

Quizá sea el peor desayuno de mi vida sin detalles para no ser cruel

Cons:

Me he hospedado en mas de 40 ocasiones, pero nunca me había resultado tan difícil que me entendiesen en recepción, el desayuno en veces anteriores lo servían en la planta baja y era correcto, en esta ocasión es imposible hacerlo peor

It was comfortable, convenient, clean and suited our needs for the five days we were there.
Pros:

the staff were helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

Breakfast choice for vegetarians was inadequate. There was NO egg station but rather the same fried eggs and boiled eggs on offer everyday laid out on the tray, getting cold within minutes.

Pros:

地點離羅湖口岸相當近，僅需 5~10 分的路程
外觀跟內在都是相對老一點的酒店，不過狀況不錯也挺整潔乾淨
能以划算的價格住到等級不錯的酒店
保險箱、冰箱一應俱全，衣櫃很大能掛上十來件衣物
窗戶的對外景觀不錯

Cons:

浴缸放水時有些會漏到地板，可以改進一下
酒店這一側可能因為施工的關係店家不多，要逛街會需要繞遠一點
