Posizione buona, stazione del metro e fermata autobus a 10mt. Intorno tanti ristoranti e minimarket.
Quartiere sicuro e ben tenuto. L' appartamento spazioso, pulito, cucinotto dotato di microonde, frigo e lavastoviglie. Anche se in questo momento è in ristrutturazione, non si sente rumore e non c'è polvere o disagio.
