נמצא בשכונה שקטה. מרוחק מהמרכז קצת למרות שגם באזור יש לא מעט פאבים ומסעדות טובות יותר של מקומיים פחות תיירותיים.

Ik heb niet eens daar gebleven en gelijk weggegaan met kinderen en ergens anders geboekt.
Pros:

Slecht geregeld en kamer was nog niet klaar en moesten we wachten tot 17:30 daarom zijn we weggegaan en geaccepteerd.

Cons:

Valt helemaal tegen en slecht ervaring en heb ik gelijk alles geannuleerd en hoop ik dat geld terug krijgen.

Pour ses affaires autour de République, l'Avenue Parmentier en son milieu est parfaite.

Estadia perfeita numa acomodação de excelente qualidade!
Pros:

Acomodação superou nossas expectativas em todos os aspectos. Muito bem localizada, área segura, perto de estações de metrô, com vários supermercados nas proximidades. Tudo novinho, bem limpo, roupa de cama e banho de qualidade, possuia os ítens de cozinha necessários para preparo de refeições. Lavanderia disponível no prédio, bem como máquina de café na recepcção. Atendimento cordial. Enfim, a melhor acomodação que já nos hospedamos em Paris. Recomendo!

Great place if you have been to Paris before
Pros:

It was modern and spacious compared to more Parisian style boutique hotels. I have been to Paris many times anbd I preferred the value, space and location more then the over priced smaller hotel rooms.
