The service is very poor. There is no proper room cleaning, and the staff’s attitude is unprofessional, also there was a bad smell all over the place.

Great location and great service but the AC of the hotel made our stay very uncomfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location. The staff were nice. We were upgraded to an apartment and our requests were kept.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work during the heatwave. We were practically awake whole night. Even the reception area was hot. The property should keep some portable fans at their disposal.

Cons:

•Nie działała klimatyzacja…w całym obiekcie. Przy 35-stopniowym upale na 6.piętrze był po prostu ukrop. Nic nie odpoczęliśmy. Recepcja rozkładała ręce,nie umieli pomóc,wręcz jeden Pan na nasze stwierdzenie:”W naszym pokoju nie działa klimatyzacja” ,powiedział :”Wiem,ale tak jest wszędzie.” 😅
•w hotelu sprzątają 1x/tydzień,
•na korytarzu śmierdziało,z powodu postawionego tam kosza (wszyscy s pokoi mogli tam wyrzucać swoje śmieci)…
•łazienka nieczysta,słuchawka pod prysznicem zepsuta
•śniadanie w małym pomieszczeniu,dusznym,coś można zjeść,ale szału nie ma
•nie polecam!
