It was close the highway
They broke into my car, they didn’t have cameras also they had a venue and people were drinking unktil 2-3 am in the parking lot and they had no security the next morning people where super loud like they didn’t sleep I will never stay here again totally bad experience
Un hermoso lugar, tranquilo y apacible, con privacidad cerca de lugares turisticos.
The property is clean and quiet. Love the trees around it.
The unit didn’t have a drawer to put your clothes in.
Only sweets available for breakfast it room has a refrigerator and microwave so bring your own.
Had to pay if we wanted our room made up
Staff were kind, coffee was good, room appeared clean, and pastries were delicious.
I had bed bug bights after my second night. The pool, which was the main draw for my family, was broken. There were loud noises in my room (plumbing?) throughout the night. The location of our room on the backside of the property felt sort of dark and creepy and remote. We could not cool down the room, which was stuffy and warm, especially for how temperate the weather was. When I raised these complaints, no offer of refund, discount, or other amends were offered.
The property was nice, it seemed to attract an older crowd which was nice, not a lot of noise. The food at the grill was very good too!
I specifically booked this hotel so my son would be able to swim. When we got there we were told the pool had issues and would be closed for a few days. The room had limited towels, enough for 1, maybe 2 people and I was a party of 3. The kicker was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. I woke up multiple times throughout the night because my back was killing me. My mom and my son did not sleep well due to the lumpy bed.
Restaurant and bar
No pool. Basic room for a high price
Good little sleepover place
Excellent location, quiet, friendly, clean
Coffee/breakfast, non-carpeted room
Free pastries and coffee was a nice touch, thank you.
Property needs updating. The pool area in particular as the pool lining is coming apart, broken loungers and paving stones needs repairing. Car park full of pot holes. Room had some damage too.
Pool heruntergekommen, Außenanlage müsste renoviert werden. Zimmer war gut.
The people in room 114 rude and drunk up till 2:30 in the morning making noise playing music no respect
Liked having the restaurant on site after a long day out exploring. Loved the location and ease of getting into Santa Cruz. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.
The swimming pool needs refurbishing. Still useable but the condition of the heated pool was disappointing.
It was in the redwoods a quick drive to boardwalk. The beds were supe comfy the room was pretty large and the staff were all super friendly and helpful
No jacuzzi
it was easy to get to and easy to get to the freeway. The staff was friendly (I called a few days prior to confirm my reservation) and we were able to check in early with no added fee. There is ample parking, a pool, and it's a quiet place to stay. I appreciated that there was a restaurant on site, although we did not visit it. We booked early so we got a good dead.
They offer complimentary pastries (muffins and scones) and coffee in the morning. The kids loved this!
There is nothing fancy about the rooms - they have basic amenities which was fine because we were mainly there to shower and sleep.
One of the reasons we booked this hotel, was for the pool - the kids were stoked. However, upon check in, we learned that the pool would not be available during our stay (the pump went out). I would have appreciated being contacted via email or text to let me know (although the front desk said it happened and they didn't have enough time to let guests know) OR for the Inn to provide some sort of compensation (free dessert at the restaurant or voucher for a meal or deal worked out with another pool in the area...)
The beds were ok in terms of comfort. We stayed in a two queen bed room and one of the mattresses sounded like it was on an IKEA metal frame so every. single. time you moved/rolled over/adjusted the blankets, the bed moved and made noise. That needs to be fixed!
