Pros:

We arrived early (for a basketball tournament) and staff allowed us to check in earlier than planned- which allowed us to drop off luggage, let our daughters sleep for an hour before their athlete check-in and practice!)

Staff accommodated our inquiry to possibly have some teammates come back to eat pizza with us (although it didn’t happen, they were so kind to offer us plates and the space!)

Staff was very accommodating to allow us to check out late with a fee to allow our daughter to rest before our late flight out.

-we appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport!


-we loved the swimming pool!

-we loved the kitchenette and larger size fridge to accommodate our longer stay and food!

-very clean and staff was SO ACCOMODATING!!

Cons:

There was a little odor that seemed to come from the plumbing (bathroom sink perhaps?)

Great place would recommend.
Pros:

Was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Ac was nice and cold.

Cons:

I was charged twice but they are working on refunding.

Pros:

The customer service was excellent Trey and Manny was so nice and helpful. Trey made sure my stay was pleasant. The breakfast was good and the area very clean. Kitchen staff was very helpful making sure I had what I needed. G

Cons:

I had ants in my room from the food in garbage that was left ,housekeeping did not clean my room left sign to clean. But the front desk clerk was on it , maintenance was at my door less than a minute. Quick response to both of them.

I would not recommend this facility or stay there again.
Pros:

After my first night, the hotel employee who helped to cancel the rest of my stay was very professional.

Cons:

The room contained a sleeper loveseat with upholstery that looked so bad I wouldn’t have even sat on it. The facial tissues were damp perhaps because of too much humidity in the room. All tile floors that didn’t appear clean.

Pros:

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good. This place actually mailed our postcards which no where else did. Was not aware that they don't clean the room daily and had to scramble to get towels.
