From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s beautiful atmosphere, sophisticated interior design, and welcoming environment. The entire property has a luxurious and charming character that makes the stay feel truly special.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable! The bed provides an excellent night’s sleep, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel creates a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Sempre ficamos nesse hotel

Desta vez as tomadas ao lado da cama não funcionavam
Ar condicionado tbem não
Pedimos para trocar de quarto e prontamente fizeram (muito positivo)
Porém acredito que em um hotel 5 estrelas, não é aceitável essa situação
E qdo estávamos fazendo o check-out, estavam ligando para recepção pq o secador não funcionava
O café da manhã era excelente dessa vez não gostei tanto
Uma pena
Passa impressão de não estarem fazendo a manutenção
E o quarto que ficamos nao era o standard
