Pros:

Location - close to Moda Center

Cons:

No ice machine anywhere on the property, they were painting outside my room and in the hallway both days I was there, found what appeared to be a rat turd in the bathroom, entire facility was old and run down, staff was almost non-existent (hard to find anyone to help check in/out and the people who checked in before me were given keys to a room that was already occupied (walked in on a man)

Think carefully before deciding.
Pros:

Location was great. (See below). Staff was very nice. It is an older property and never had been upgraded but it was clean. No amennities. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator was nice to have.

Cons:

Location was loud! I could not get decent sleep for 2 nights. The location is between 2 busy streets and practically on top of the light rail. Bring noise- cancelling headphones or plan to stay up all night.

Good for the value if you have low expectations
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was really nice and tried their best

Cons:

The building and basically everything inside is very rundown, dirty and old. There's also no basic toiletries like tissues

Not coming back. Would not recommend

Location was only good thing

Cons:

Only one employee trying to check lots of people in. At the same time, new checking were coming back down saying the key cards didn't work. Carpets in the room were stained everywhere. Toilet did not flush! Bed was tilted at an angle. Only one elevator worked. It was awful.

Pros:

Friendly staff, affordable rates, and lovely rooms. Refrigerators and microwaves in every room is a great bonus.
