Location, close to center of Portland
The room was smoked in, very noisy, my neighbor in the room next door had TV on, loud the whole night
There was a dog in my room before me that peed in the room you can smell it really bad
The room wasn't clean
The only thing I liked was the location.
The smell of the hotel is horrible, especially on the stairs. It has two elevators and only one was working. The cards to open the room do not work and you have to go and ask for help and it is a long wait for the elevator that takes too long and the stairs closed. The person at night at the front desk is rude and lazy. The room they gave me was dirty, the carpet felt dirty and full of stains, the bathroom always with the noise of running water. Very bad experience. By the way if you like coffee you better look for another place to stay because the coffee maker doesn't work.
We were going to Disney on ice at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and it was within walking distance. I always felt safe at the hotel.
Our hotel room had a hole in the bathroom above the bathtub, and stuff was falling down through it, we didn’t get a remote when we got there, and even the replacement remote didn’t work. The staff did not listen about that. It also was very noisy next to the train and the freeway.

The room was next to the metro and was very loud . The noises from outside were super loud also .

Siamo arrivati e ci hanno detto che non c'era più parcheggio se volevamo parcheggiare dovevamo pagare 25$ per ogni macchina, abbiamo prenotato due stanze, tutte e due sporche e puzzolenti, ambiente insalubre, il bagno otturato. Pur troppo non siamo riusciti a rilassarci, si sentiva il rumore di altre persone che ridevano forte ed avevamo due bambini piccoli di pochi mesi. Dopo 3 ore siamo dovuti scappare. Puzzava di marijuana da per tutto. Bruttissima sperienza. Niente a che fare con le foto su booking. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

No non slip mats for the tub. Parking is $20 per day now instead of $17 for the whole stay. Ice machine didn't work. One of the elevators was out of order.
Place was filthy, needs remodeling, elevator is about 10 seconds away from crashing. Place is awful will not go back. A few of the staff were super helpful. Others didn't hav ea clue.

Filthy stains on floor/chair, moldy shower curtain, towel racks missing, no hair conditioner, broken remote, thin windows, train kept us up all night, beds uncomfortable, leaky faucet and slow draining sink.
