chambre sale: un livre dans mon lit, ce qui signifie que les draps n'avaient pas été changés depuis le précédent occupant.
collection de poussière et mouchoirs en papier sous le lit
pompe à chaleur à la fenêtre de la chambre qui a redémarré toute le nuit de façon bruyante. L'hôtel était presque vide et malgré cela j'ai eu cette très mauvaise chambre.

Great experience
Pros:

Great experience!!! The service was excellent. The room clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent as well with many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. This is a hotel built in the. 1500’s so it is historical . It is also next to the train and bus stations making it a convenient base.

O pq almoço no meu ponto de vista poderia ser mais variado, uma vez que estamos a falar de um hotel 4 estrelas
Num dos dias quando chegamos à sala de pq almoço, por volta das 8h30 já não existia praticamente nada para nos servirmos , e tb não houve por parte dos funcionários o cuidado de reposição
Aconselho a reverem essa situação, funcionários mt pouco pro ativos

Very nice stay in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Beds and pillows very comfy. Room very nice with antique furniture.
