Piacevole soggiorno a Viana do Castelo
Pros:

L’hotel è situato nel pieno centro della città, all’interno di una dimora storica costruita con materiale di pregio e arredata con molto gusto. Stanza molto ampia e luminosa, dotata di ogni comfort, bagno anch’esso ampio e pulito.
Colazione ottima e varia, servita in un ambiente molto caratteristico della struttura con anche accesso su uno spazio esterno con piccola piscina.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

O que mais gostámos mais foi do jardim e piscina. O apartamento também era bom.

Cons:

Na primeira noite, o quarto que nos foi destinado não correspondeu às espectativas e ficava por cima do bar.

Accueil sympathique, climatisation en panne donc fenêtre ouverte et odeur de cigarette venant de l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner correct. Cet Hôtel manque d'un sérieux management .

posizione perfetta per visitare il centro, a 5 minuti a piedi, di Vila do Castelo; immobile storico molto bello e riattatto ad albergo; non ha parcheggio ma una convenzione con enorme parcheggio pubblico interrato, a pochi passi; camere vecchiotte, pavimenti in legno scricchiolanti, per cui di notte, se arrivano clienti poco educati, si sente tutto; bagno ampio e pulito ma con vasca vecchia e scomoda, a noi è capitato un bagno con la luce al neon che impiegava 30/40 sec. per accendersi; colazione sufficiente ma con disposizione del tavolo del buffet assurda, per cui i cibi sono disposti quasi uno sull'altro ed i clienti devono anche fare una rampa di scale per raggiungere il proprio tavolino
Receptionist all'arrivo molto gentile e disponibile anche per prenotare il ristorante che avevamo scelto( Pedra Alta , a qualche km fuori Vila , solo pesce ma ultra consigliabile)

Da localização e obviamente da casa em si.

Cons:

Do pequeno almoço e das almofadas e da insegurança ao entrar na banheira. A qualidade do enchimento das almofadas é péssimo. O pequeno almoço é de fraca qualidade começando pelo pão. Uma terra com tão bom pão servem pãezinhos congelados. O café é péssimo e o leite nem sempre está bem quente. O fiambre é de qualidade duvidosa. A limpeza das mesas na parte exterior é muito descuidada e há poucas cadeiras para os lugares nas mesas.
Podia ser um alojamento óptimo se entendessem que há pormenores que fazem a diferença mas é pena que como hóspede tenha sentido uma gerência bastante distraída.
