Hotel service is really very very bad
Pros:

The behaviour of the Lady receptionist was very rude, really very unprofessional. We waited for 1 hour for check in, I have a 3 years kid and it was really difficult to wait for checking in. When the room allotted, we saw that the room was not cleaned after others stay, bathroom was smelling very bad, hairs are allover the bed.This was the worst hotel stay experience for my family.
