Stayed recently and had a wonderful time. Room was spacious, even with a cot made up for our son. Breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool was peeeerfect in this hot weather after a long day of sightseeing (just note it's only open until 6). The staff was helpful and kind. It's in a great location to get to many major sites - be aware it is a few buildings away from the US Embassy and this caused several street closures while we were there. It never interfered with our transport, though. It feels very much like a high end place.
My wife and I booked a suite at this hotel and were very disappointed. For the money we paid we expected a much better experience. The main bathroom floor flooded every time you had a shower and the TV turned itself off every 5 minutes or so - even after we had told reception. We asked for a small amount of milk to accompany the tea/coffee facilities in the suite which then took 25 minutes to arrive after a follow up phone call. Very disappointing and not what we expect as Hilton Honours members. My advice is to find another hotel in Rome.
We had the dreamiest bed - could’ve stayed there all day!! The staff were all so lovely and kind, and went the extra mile to ensure we had a positive stay!
There were a couple of times that housekeeping entered our room without knocking first while we were in there but really wasn’t a big deal.
Lovely smart hotel. With small but really refreshing pool. Room was great and regularly spruced up.
Breakfast and add-on were very pricey.
Great location, breakfast had good variety. Pool area awesome
Linen was not great
Great bed, great food, great shower, great welcoming friendly and attentive staff. And the spa - wow! Would highly recommend.

We are three ladies who have worked hard to get to the top of our professions so are well able to afford ourselves a treat or two. We don't mind paying for these treats, even if they are expensive, but we expect to get something worthy of the cost. Hilton should be ashamed of this offering.
We were looking for a good location to spray the day by the pool. We were told over the 'phone that we couldn't book, so we arrived at opening time, 10am, to be sure to get three sun beds together. We were told that we could only have chairs, not poolside, but hey ho, we were there, so settled for that.
We were quoted 120 euro including water, a cocktail and one course from the menu. Look at the prices. Look what I got. My burrata and heirloom tomato salad was laughable. It was supposed to come with "rustic bread crostini" which turned out to be packet croutons. No sign of basil or balsamic vinegar reduction either. 4 tiny, I mean tiny, pieces of cheese which may or may not have been burrata, there was hardly enough to take a dna sample. One of my friends couldn't eat the chicken in her Caesar salad as it tasted fishy.
They forgot the bread, which eventually arrived including gluten free for one of us.
The service was charming, I think the staff was embarrassed, I would be, as they didn't charge for a couple of drinks (also highly priced, 12 euro for a half of beer???)
It would have been 1 star if not for that. The pool is small, but ok to sit around in, no Olympic lengths!
Sooo disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at the Aleph Rome and would happily return. It’s in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore all of Rome’s major attractions on foot or by taxi.
Our room was absolutely superb—beautifully appointed, spacious and very comfortable. We travelled with our 15-year-old son, who was delighted to have his own separate space, which made our family stay even more enjoyable.
The rooftop pool is a real highlight and a lovely place to relax after sightseeing. However, it was extremely difficult to secure a reservation, and despite trying several times, we weren’t able to use it, which was disappointing.
The spa and gym facilities are excellent. I had a massage during our stay, which was one of the highlights of the trip—professional, relaxing and a wonderful experience.
Breakfast each morning was outstanding. There was an excellent selection of fresh food, everything you could want, and the service from the breakfast team was exceptional.
Room service, however, was a little inconsistent. The food itself was average, and on more than one occasion items were forgotten from our order. We also found that one of the hotel’s lifts was out of service throughout our stay, which sometimes meant a wait.
Overall, the Aleph offers a very enjoyable four-star experience rather than a true five-star one. The excellent location, beautiful rooms, fantastic spa and outstanding breakfast more than make up for a few operational shortcomings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in the heart of Rome.
This hotel is great. Our room had a roof top terrace that was amazing.
We had a fantastic stay at Aleph Hotel Rome. After a busy travel day and experiencing the hustle and bustle of Rome, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Alessio gave us a warm welcome, made check in easy, and took the time to show us around the room, which we really appreciated. The hotel feels fresh, clean, modern, and even smells amazing when you walk in.
The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive, from the breakfast and pool staff to the doormen, especially Mario, who always greeted us with a smile and was happy to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet and plenty of freshly made items you could order as well.
We also loved how modern everything was. The air conditioning, lighting, outlets, and room technology all worked perfectly and felt up to date. Communication through WhatsApp was quick and convenient whenever we needed anything.
What really stood out was that Aleph delivers a true five star experience without feeling formal or pretentious. It is elegant, welcoming, comfortable, and a place we would happily stay again.
Beautiful hotel - super comfortable beds, fabulous pillows, great air conditioning! What a treat! Loved the location. Aleph is within walking distance (a few blocks) to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and the Metro station is just a block or two away as well. Our travel agent helped us find the Aleph and we only stayed here one night. 3 adults (husband, adult son, and myself) so we booked a junior suite that included a sofa bed. The rooms are very large for European hotel rooms. Our room was equipped with plush amenities that matched the room price and we even were treated to a small sample of the Aleph pillow spray! Rooms were super quiet at night and the atmosphere was in line with a high end boutique hotel. Honestly, we were so tired when we got there and we slept so well . . . wish we could have stayed longer!
Staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to check our luggage at the bell desk after we checked out for a few hours so that we could explore the city while waiting for our train. So gracious! We had a communication mix up when checking in - only adding this so that others travelers get clarity if they have a similar experience. The staff noted that my husband had Hilton Diamond status and we thought that they offered him an omelette for breakfast (in addition to the breakfast bar) as a choice of a welcome gift. We had to leave the hotel at 7:15 in the morning and the breakfast opened at 7am. The restaurant quickly made him the breakfast he ordered at 7am, but then when we were getting into our taxi, the waiter chased us down to have him pay for the omelette! It was an awkward situation, we were in a hurry to make a tour, and so we just paid rather than taking time to straighten out the dilemma. Stuff happens when you travel - we loved this hotel anyway!
If you want a hotel with good AC this is not it. Our 4th hotel during our Italy trip and the room never got below 76F. We also paid for three people in the room and never got towels for three and had to call and ask for sheet and pillows for the pull out couch after being told it was would done automatically. Bummer for a Hilton property.
The Aleph Hilton Hotel was a perfect respite to relax and recharge for all our activities in Rome. The staff was warm and friendly. Very informative and helpful! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We slept well and felt refreshed after each night. I do wish the pool was open later because we did enjoy the pool at the end of our long days of exploring Rome. The food was excellent. Enjoyed starting each day with a good breakfast. Lots of hospitality. I loved the view from the pool. I would book this hotel again and again. It was close to many activities but far enough away from the huge city crowds to enjoy a quieter ambiance at the hotel.
Must Stay for honeymoon, anniversary or vacation! Celebrating our anniversary we were upgraded to an AMAZING suite with a living room. Coffe/tea center, guest 1/2 bathroom in addition to our huge king bed with soaking tub and a separate standing shower!!! Wish I had taken photos. Just beautiful and relaxing!!! Exhausted after long flight we called for room service. Had DELICIOUS Picci and Ragu!!! Daily 2 bottles of water (you pick natural or sparkling) was appreciated due to all the walking and out of ordinary heat wave that week. We stayed at 5 different hotels during our trip to Italy. THE Breakfast here was THE BEST by far!!! I made my mix of varios nuts and granola and drizzled their flower infused honey (amazing!). Concierge was helpful and a friendly but luxurious hotel walking distance to SO MANY attractions. We walked from colosseum to hotel about 1.5 miles. Walked to dinner and passed the glorious Pantheon and Trevi fountain lit up at night. This hotel is a perfect location and if staying at old Italy hotels is worrying to you , this is your hotel! All US amenities & space you are accustomed to in historic Rome.
The best hotel experience I have had, we were between this and the Waldorf, chose this because of location and it did not let us down. Awesome location, awesome staff. Generous upgrade given at check in.
We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with our teens and rented one of the suites with the large patio. The room was incredible! European hotel rooms are often quite small, but this suite was spacious and featured two bathrooms, which made our stay especially comfortable.
The patio was nearly as large as the suite itself and quickly became one of our favorite features. After spending hours exploring the city each day, we loved relaxing outside together as a family and taking in the atmosphere.
Room service was excellent, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was perfect—within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do in Rome.
Our stay truly made our trip special, and if we return to Rome, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
The staff and reception have been amazing. They have made my family feel extremely welcome and have been very accommodating. The transportation they arranged to pick up us from the train station, could not have been more perfect without stress. I highly recommend!
Back at our favourite hotel again. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and always had the very best service, hence why we return! It is our home from home. A lot of the staff recognised us from our previous stays which just shows their attention to detail. All the staff are wonderful.
The front desk staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
The concierge team was excellent in arranging our transport to and from the airport, planning our trips and offering advice on purchasing tickets for various museums.
Our suite was lovely and we made very good use of the well furnished terrace yet again! Many thanks to Carlo for arranging our suite.
Antonella went above and beyond as usual, she is so friendly and extremely efficient.
All the staff were wonderful as usual and the service was outstanding at breakfast and the other restaurants, nothing was too much trouble. The food was first class!
Special thanks to Davide, Francesco, Millet, Lorenzo and Lorenzo, Claudia, Sergio, Alessandro and Emmanuel in fact everyone!.
Being a Hilton member definitely has its advantages! We walked in and kindly greeted and acknowledged for being a loyal Hilton member. The initial interaction was warm and kind. Our room is beautiful and sparkling clean. Light and bright! Soon after checking in, we sauntered up to the rooftop bar for a quick drink! With a spectacular view and calm atmosphere we enjoyed our first cocktail. The bed is on of the most comfortable as well!! I love this hotel!
