I womder If this hotel ever truly deserved four stars.
Pros:

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys time travel. The four-star rating seems to be either a relic from a bygone era or an ambitious goal for the future—and unfortunately, my stay fell somewhere in between.

If you consider working air conditioning, instant hot water, reliable Wi-Fi, well-maintained furniture, an actual in-room safe, or even a minibar to be basic amenities, you may find yourself disappointed.

The breakfast, available only at an extra charge, fits the overall concept perfectly: the prices are confidently four-and-a-half-star, while the experience itself is closer to two-and-a-half.

Overall, it was certainly a memorable stay—if only because it’s rare to come across such an optimistic interpretation of a four-star rating.

Pros:

Hotel w stylu postkomunistycznym, ale pokoje czyste , dla gości w pokoju woda i wentylator w razie upalu. Podziemny garaż. W recepcji przyjazny personel.

Cons:

Niestety nie można nic zjeść w obiekcie.( Tylko sniadanie). Trzeba szukać zewnętrznych restauracji. Za to napic można się do woli.

Good Hotel, but Better Outside the Summer Season
Pros:

Modern roomsWe had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel.

The room was modern, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, and a full English breakfast including scrambled eggs, beans in tomato sauce, sausages, as well as several local specialties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that although we arrived several hours before the official check-in time, they managed to find us a room so we could check in early. Unfortunately, the first room we received was south-facing and became extremely hot during the day. Since Munich was experiencing temperatures close to 40°C during our stay, it was almost impossible to sleep. We asked to change rooms the next day, and the staff kindly accommodated our request. The second room had a fan, which made a difference and was more comfortable.

Cons:

The main downside is the location. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the nearest S-Bahn station, which can be inconvenient, especially in hot weather. We found that taking an Uber to the station was a practical solution and cost around €10. Another thing to keep in mind is that the rooms have neither air conditioning nor a refrigerator. This may not be an issue most of the year, but during unusually hot summer days it can make the stay less comfortable.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its modern rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff, but if you’re visiting during the summer, be aware that the lack of air conditioning could be a challenge.

Die Experience war sehr gut. Das Hotel hat sogar gesehen, dass ich an diesem Tag Geburtstag hatte und offerierte mir einen Dessert-Teller. Das war sehr schön.

30 gradi in camera, quando consumavi qualcosa al bar (15€ un gin tonic) ti correvano appresso come se volessi scappare senza pagare.
Non potevi segnare conti nella camera.
