Good location to the plaza. Beds were comfortable, pull out couch awful.

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

The pullout bed was awful, very little cushion.
We did not get much sleep because of a metal cover in the road in front of the hotel that cars kept running over and it was LOUD. Not the hotels fault but definitely played a role in our overall experience.

Perfect stay in KC
Pros:

A good stay on the Plaza at a prime location
Pros:

Great location which made it very easy to walk the Plaza and catch the street car to downtown. Staff was friendly, accommodations were nice. Parking was close, we chose to pay the $15/night. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and unique each day.

Cons:

Some of the room showed its age, but overall it met our needs. The bathroom could use an update, shower head and handle leaked. The floor of the bathtub felt like it wasn't solid underneath, very uneven.

I would stay again but it just needed more cleaning and maintenance on the room and buildings.

I like the staff members . They are very nice and helpful . Everyone had Great customer service.

Cons:

I wasn’t to happy about my room . The pullout couch was broken and had crumbs all over the sheets . The room kinda smelled like a nursing home .
