Breakfast was fantastic. They really put care into this.
The pool wasn't heated.
Customer service. Our AC was not working so I called the front desk. The front desk attendant immediately told us our options, came to our room himself since they didn't have a handyman on duty and offered to move our room which we did and he also upgraded us. He was very kind, honest and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a lot of options including dairy and gluten free. I loved that tortillas and green chile were an option.
AC in our initial room wasn't working and we had to move rooms after unpacking. It was a minor inconvenience but was too warm to be able to sleep well.

I appreciated the dish soap and plates/cups in the kitchen. The air conditioner worked well. The staff were very pleasant.
The hot breakfast was disgusting. I had to wait for coffee to be made almost every morning. A guest on my floor had a dog, which barked constantly. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. I had done extensive research before my trip and chose this hotel because of its outdoor pool. With it being closed, I would not have chosen it. The carpets are old, fraying, and look filthy, especially on the stairs. It just isn't a pleasant feature at all.
Beds were comfortable
That i has to ask for a rollaway bed 3 times before I get one the next day. Housekeeping didnt properly clean my room when asked for Housekeeping service. Tv remote didn't work and Noone ever came to fix it or replace the remote
The front desk staff was very kind, professional, and accommodating.
The actual room was very nice and comfortable. As always, I loved the bedding pillows, etc..
The hotel is being renovated, so there were inconveniences related to that as in no female restroom on the first floor. You had to use the men’s.
Also housekeeping was disappointing. I had asked the front desk for some toothpaste and they said they would have housekeeping bring it to my room. It never showed. Then during the day I saw housekeeping and they asked if I needed my room done, and I said no, please just I need clean towels . They never brought the clean towels. With all the renovations going on and that piece of service not provided-, it was disappointing.
All was fine
The staff was excellent and extremely supportive considering they are going through a complete remodel. They credited my entire stay I can’t wait to try again when it’s all brand new!!
Good convenient location, friendly staff. Currently undergoing renovations, so somewhat untidy. Construction still going on in room above me at 8:45pm.
It was under remodel mode. But they could have keep the hallways cleaner
Under construction, the construction guys filled the elevator and had to wait till it came back
Despite the temporary construction on remodeling, I always enjoy staying here. Thank you for a quiet comfortable stay. We will be back soon
