The views was amazing. I really enjoyed the patio vibes and the location was perfect. I would definitely return and tell a friend.

Spacious and vicinity to GT university

Location close to CBD. Good price apart from parking which i thought was expensive. No human interaction, though I can't work out if I like this or not.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, IT WAS QUIET.

There has to be a way to effectively communicate with someone on site when u get locked out or when checking out. The technology sucks, the staff is trash the young AA assistant manager.

The unit is nice overall, and a good value for the price. Unfortunately, there were some problems. We had a major issue with the front door lock resetting the second day of our stay and our code wouldn't work anymore. It took quite a while on the phone with customer service to figure out a work-around since there is no one on-site. The sliding glass door to the porch was off the track and EXTREMELY heavy so it was difficult to open and close. We opted to add the prepaid garage parking under the building, which was nice and clean and secure, but the garage door quit working during our stay which was a major inconvenience.

Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt an obligation to do so after this stay. A quick rundown of events is shown below for a TLDR. The experience was poor from the start when we couldn't access the garage (where we prepaid for parking) and I had to chat with a rep to get resolution (after waiting several minutes).

Then, we couldn't get into the unit because the code didn't work for the door (neither did the contactless entry via Bluetooth) so we had to repeat the process of chatting and waiting. Finally they opened the unit remotely so we could get in.

Upon entry, the unit appeared to be up to par, but that quickly went downhill when my wife showed me a shoeprint on the "clean" linens. After looking at bit closer, we saw what appeared to be blood on the comforter. As such, we stripped the linens and (upon the recommendation of the staff) used the ones for the pull out couch (even though they weren't matching in size). To no-ones surprise, these were stained as well.

The shower was not clean with hair on the walls and general grime apparent. Spackling is falling off the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and there are holes in the wall of another.

Ultimately, there is a lot I can overlook with a stay but I felt an obligation with this one to warn future travelers. We all know we're laying down in beds and using showers that other people we don't know were in the night before. However, we shouldn't see direct evidence of their presence (hair/stains/possible blood) in the space.

Honestly, I think the pictures speak for themselves.

1. Tried to get in the garage and the code didn't work.
2. Tried to get in the unit and the code didn't work.
3. Dirty linens with shoeprints and what appeared to be blood.
4. Spackling coming off of ceilings.
5. Hair/grime in the showers.

Host was very helpful and apartment was nice.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in the thousands of hotel stays I have completed. I have been in dirty rooms but none with a shoeprint on the "clean" linens and what appeared to be blood on the comforter.

An experience that originally started as slightly inconvenient (when the garage code didn't work) quickly went south when the the code for the unit wouldn't work either. There's no one to call with the app and you have to wait for someone to respond via chat.

When we finally made it into the unit, the condition was appalling for the price we paid. The spackling on the ceiling in one of the rooms is falling down, there was hair in the showers, and there was even a shoeprint on the fitted sheet in one of the bedrooms. The unit had obviously not been cleaned well but, as mentioned above, the thing that took the unit from clean to completely unsanitary was the existing of what looked like blood on the comforter.

I am the kind of person who, when I have an unpleasant experience, just sucks it up and moves on sans review. However, I felt that this time I had a responsibility to warn future travelers about our experience.

The property is very big, clean and a very home feeling! I would definitely stay again. Great location!

This place was in a great location near everything but still secluded. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony before our activities. There were a few minor things requiring maintenance such as the drawer doesn't close, drywall in the bathroom requiring repair, the balcony door handle needing a screw or the rail bracket needing replacing but still wonderful.

We really like and appreciated our stay. The place was clean, comfy and roomy. The kitchen was clean and roomy but was missing a few pieces of cooking equipment (frying pans). There was one TV downstairs and worked well but only had Roku option. The biggest complaint was that we couldn’t relax and watch TV in the bedroom. There were 5 channels to choose from but the most frustrating part was that the TV glitched every time we turned it on. We couldn’t watch it for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, the place was great. I would book again.

The place is clean except for a big puddle of something very sticky on the ground. More towels would be great.
