Hôtel top ( rénové et moderne), à 20’ à pied du Parc Chanot.

I loved the staff here they are extremely helpful. The breakfast was ok but basic but a solid 4/5

La chambre est propre et la litterie confortable.
Le seul bémol pour moi, c'est qu'il ést annoncé a moins de 500m du palais des congrès/parc chanot et 8min de marche, comptez plutot 15/20 minutes et 1km200.
Hôtel situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du Vélodrome. Chambre confortable et propre. Personnel accueillant. Parking en sous-sol sécurisé à 10€/nuit.
Bonne situation géographique de l'hotel pour se rendre à pied au Vélodrome ainsi qu'au parc Chanot. Propreté, bon accueil. Tout c'est bien passé

Dirty room, broken furniture, nobody removed the full garbage bags after they supposedly clean the room. Nothing get replenished. The hotel advertises that they serve a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner but they forget to mention that weekends the restaurant is closed and there is nothing close by where you can get something to eat, no even a supermarket nearby. If you walk couple of block away you will feel unsafe even during the day and you have to watch your step so you dont step on dog or human poop. And the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, the thermostat doesn’t let the guest control it therefore you have to sleep with the windows open and then good luck with the noise. I know that the neighborhood has nothing to do with the hotel service but the rest what I mentioned is pretty bad.
