Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto a famiglie con bambini.
Pros:

Posizione strategica, ben collegata al centro. Situato in un bel quartiere dove si possono fare belle passeggiate lontano dal caos del centro. Zona sicura. L'appartamento con cucina era pulito e ben fornito con tutto quel che serviva per preparare pasto veloci. Avendo una bimba piccola abbiamo preferito fare colazione e cena sempre in appartamento ed è stato molto funzionale. Camera molto silenziosa. La prossimità al centro commerciale si è rivelata molto utile e meno fastidiosa di quanto mi aspettassi.

Cons:

La modalità di smaltimento dei rifiuti.
Qualche pensile o cassetto un po' datato sarebbe da sostituire. Mi è dispiaciuto essere al secondo piano e avere la finestra che dava sull'interno del centro commerciale nonostante avessi provato a chiedere altro ma questo non ha comunque influito negativamente sul soggiorno e dall'albergo mi avevano detto sin da subito che non era certo che sarebbero riusciti a soddisfare questa richiesta.

Séjour plus moyen la 2ele fois que la 1ere me pause la question ❓
Pros:

L emplacement idéal place Italie le métro juste en face le centre commercial le confort du lit et mon grand studio le quartier vivant et plutôt anime
Une certaine animation a part le soir a partir de 22h00
L équipement était correct

Cons:

J ai juste trouvé l acceuil un peu plus sec lors de mon 2eme séjour en fevrier comparé celui qu on m avait accorde au mois de JANVIER

Il y a je crois une certaine pression assez importante me semble t il de la part de la grande direction des citadines place d Italie envers leurs employés mais n en suis pas réellement certain je m avance mais j ai
Eu et ressenti un peu cette impression

Du personne stressé et sous stress tres fatigue et l ai déprimé

Surement aussi par la crainte du lendemain ou d etre mobilise ailleurs cat hotel est tout en travaux et ferme de petit à petit ses portes

Les ouvriers que j ai entendu ainsi que toute l équipe de nettoyage sont sous pression et ont l air totalement deprime disait on nous met la pression les patrons sont sur notre dos ect on est tres tres fatigue on en peut plus on est crevé on est malade

En ce qui concerne les HOT et HOTESSES ACCUEIL
je récapitule ils sont tres GENTIL et SYMPATHIQUE et réellement tres tres professionnel mais on l air SOUS
PRESSION EXTREMEMENT FATIGUE n en pouvant plus désabusé et deprime

C est surtout a eux que je pense et a leur bien être

立地最高！広くて快適！
Pros:

広くて清潔で従業員の方がみんな優しかった。
また、地下鉄が3路線通った駅が徒歩1分圏内にある立地のよさも非常に魅力的でした。加えて、目の前にショッピングモールがあるため、20時ごろまでなら疲れて帰ってきても食材などを調達できます。

Cons:

注意点は2点です。
1点目は、備え付けのドライヤーがそよ風くらいの弱さな点です。ドライヤーの持参をおすすめします。ただ、フロントでお願いしたら普通の強さのドライヤーを貸していただけました。
2点目は洗濯機の使いづらさです。アプリを入れてアプリ経由で予約をして使う仕様なのですがなかなか難しく、フランス人の方も困っていました。これは解決策はなさそうです。私たちは結局アプリではできず、フロントでお金を払って回してもらいました。洗濯機・乾燥機自体は日本と同じ普通のものです。

Pros:

L accueil du personnel très agréable et très sympathique très gentil toujours prêt a rendre service très accueillant et très sympathique

Cons:

Pas trop de relation entre clients période assez morte
Pas beaucoup de familles

Pleasant and helpful staff with good facilities.
Cons:

It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the microwave and dishwasher - especially the former.

I would have liked the extractor fan in the bathroom to have worked.

Emplacement, accueil, bagagerie. Café ou thé disponible à l accueil. Calme malgré les travaux au 6 e.

Excellent emplacement, tous les transports parisiens accessibles directement
la présence d'un studio bien équipé (avec cuisine) est très utile
personnel d'accueil très sympathique et efficace

Cons:
