Pros:

Door handles were hanging. Sofa covers were not clean at all. There were few bugs in livings room.
Overall very okay.
Location is good.

Cons:

Un bon rapport qualité prix et un emplacement idéal pour se déplacer
Pros:

Cet appart hôtel est très bien situé ! Juste à côté du métro c'est vraiment très pratique pour se déplacer dans Paris. L'appart est bien équipé. Le lit confortable. La proximité du supermarché est bien appréciable pour faire des courses et cuisiner dans l'appart. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est en travaux donc forcément il y a du bruit. Se faire réveiller par les bruits de marteau à 8h30 n'était pas très agréable... Par contre pas de travaux le dimanche oufff

Skvělé ubytování v blízkosti centra Paříže.
Pros:

Výhodná poloha od letiště Orly, přímo u stanice křižovatky metra, autobusů na Place d'Italie, vedle nákupního centra. Oceňuji vstřícnost personálu a možnost úschovy zavazadel.

Cons:

Občas trochu rušily stavební práce, které v hotelu aktuálně probíhají. Akceptovali jsme potřebu úprav hotelu.

Good location and would stay again once refurbed.
Pros:

The location was very good and close to the metro lines. Plenty of eating places in close proximity. We had a room facing the atrium so was very quiet at night.

Cons:

The studio was a bit small and cooking in it would have been awkward as there was only room for one chair. It was clearly in need of the refurbishment which was underway during our stay.

Solid Aparthotel conveniently located
Pros:

Solid Aparthotel in excellent location, just steps from metro and bus stations. Connected to a large shopping mall with plenty of stores and cafes. Bright, clean, and newly renovated property— large enough for four guests. The kitchen has everything essential, and the bathroom offers strong hot water pressure. Separate toilet adds convenience. The coffee machine with free coffee at reception was a great bonus for us.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from the ongoing hotel renovation, but this is a temporary inconvenience. The Wi Fi wasn’t good enough, especially in the bedroom. We also couldn’t get the dishwasher to work properly.

L absence de service d étage. Je suis restée 6 jours sans nettoyage de la chambre ( aspirateur..)
Les serviettes de toilette sont a disposition mais quand vous les récupérer vous vous posez des questions sur leur propreté et hésitez à vous en servir
Beaucoup de bruit dû aux travaux

Hotel qui veillit mal et qui mériterait une révision des prix à la baisse le temps des travaux

La situation géographique et le buffet petit déjeuner avec du sans gluten.

Cons:

Les travaux sur l'étage, le bruit des travaux tot le matin, l'état de la chambre avec des rideaux trés usés, le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché, le frigidaire qui congelé les produit même mis au minimum, les tiroirs inutilisables dans la chambre car trés abimés ne coulissants plus .....

Pros:

Emplacement, ustensiles disponibles et taille chambre (appartement), très adapté aux familles

Cons:

La réception nous avait informé d’un rabais avec le parking du centre commercial mais ne nous avait pas informé que le guichet du parking est fermé le dimanche matin. Par conséquent nous avons payé 83 euros de parking alors que nous comptions sur le rabais avec l’hôtel.
