My reservation was cancelled at the last minute, after I had already reached Paris, and no reason was provided. I was disappointed with the way the property managed my reservation. Despite receiving a confirmed booking, I was informed only after arriving in Paris that it had been cancelled. I had to secure alternative accommodation from the airport, which created considerable stress for me and my family, particularly with the children. I therefore request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Modern room. Nice location.
Pros:

Spacious room with a nice bonus - it comes fitted with a small kitchen and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is also very good. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, within walking distance of several great restaurants. The metro station is only a 5-minute walk away.

Pulita e ben fornita la hall ,e le zone comuni.Mi è piaciuta la possibilità di poter avere la macchinetta per le bevande calde a disposizione tutto il giorno

Gutes, ordentliches Frühstückbuffet, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas ausserhalb gelegen, jedoch sehr gut ins ÖV-Netz eingebunden und ruhige Lage.
