It was ok
Pros:

It was ok, needed a place to sleep which is the point

Cons:

The tub was cracking and the ice machine was not very good. Seemed old so strange smell. Also strange they don’t have house keeping on the weekends

The room was nice, AC worked and beds were comfortable. Bathroom hasn’t been remodeled in a while but got the job done.

Cons:

There was a lot of people loitering around the property. A man peeing in a bush at 10:00am and checking what appeared to be random car doors, the grounds were over grown and dog poop was on the floor of the main lobby.

Decent stay for the price!

Cons:

The bathtub wouldn’t drain well at all and kept filling up during the shower and the bottom of the tub was slippery so you had to be very careful when moving around not to fall in the shower

Served its purpose but will not stay there again.
Pros:

The location was in such a good spot that even the homeless and sex workers had easy access to necessities and the interstate.

Cons:

Dirty, no housekeeping in 4 days, tub nor sinks drained, light bulbs out, only left two towels per room, the price was jacked up to 3 times the normal rate and defied a two start hotel not a 3.

Great location, expectations should be set!
Pros:

Great location for us! Railbird festival, overall seemed close to most things. Satisfactory on cleanliness and staff. Stayed 3 nights and never heard any noise through the night. Overall satisfied would score a 7-8!

Cons:

Little rundown, pool was closing and that was not disclosed.
