Decent stay for the price!
Pros:

Convenience to everything

Cons:

The bathtub wouldn’t drain well at all and kept filling up during the shower and the bottom of the tub was slippery so you had to be very careful when moving around not to fall in the shower

Served its purpose but will not stay there again.
Pros:

The location was in such a good spot that even the homeless and sex workers had easy access to necessities and the interstate.

Cons:

Dirty, no housekeeping in 4 days, tub nor sinks drained, light bulbs out, only left two towels per room, the price was jacked up to 3 times the normal rate and defied a two start hotel not a 3.

Great location, expectations should be set!
Pros:

Great location for us! Railbird festival, overall seemed close to most things. Satisfactory on cleanliness and staff. Stayed 3 nights and never heard any noise through the night. Overall satisfied would score a 7-8!

Cons:

Little rundown, pool was closing and that was not disclosed.

Over all after being upgraded the stay was comfortable
Pros:

I was well pleased that the front desk worker was willing to give me a decent and clean room after I shared with her that the room she assigned me was not clean and I did not feel comfortable sleeping or showering in that room, and the area was somewhat questionable/did not feel safe. So, I appreciated her kind customer service

One star hotel for a two star price.

The staff members we dealt with were amazing!

Cons:

The property is not up kept. There were cobwebs and dust all over the ceiling and walls, as well as stains around the room. Glad we checked whether or not our first floor windows were locked, because they were unlocked. We locked them ourselves. We had a view of an old mattress leaning against a wall outside. The exterior doors were loudly opening and slamming all night.
