Cons:

Very rude behaviour
The main gate was not getting locked and they were not concerned about that even after discussing 4 times they have taken it very lethargic
Service was very poor
I got delayed to reach an important place and missed my deal...

Bad is very uncomfortable,
Fan regulator was not there, I had to change the fan speed with the help of handkerchief...

I don't recommend this to anyone.
Even after charging of 5k , getting worst services...

Great for short stay and value for money
Pros:

It felt like in a middle of city. Great accessibility. Had everything close by. Good for a short term stay. Spacious rooms compared to Mumbai standards.
Helpful staff.
Make sure to do the payment via their payment page for instant confirmation.

Cons:

Location was a bit inside than what the maps shows. For the first time visitors like us would need to ask around to find it.
Cleanliness was a bit off. Rooms/Bathrooms were clean but the bedsheets werent that clean. Could most likely be due to the age of the sheets.

The location is good, the morning breakfast is only average. Please include south indian dishes

The rooms are very narrow. Our rooms in coimbatore are bigger than you, rates are also lower when compared to your rates

Had to stay so stayed
Pros:

The rooms are as they look in the picture , consider a little smaller , looks like they upscaled an old building and are thinking to redeem the cost at once
A person at the reception almost insulted saying you have booked a smaller room , which i had no idea how big rooms they have or which one is mine comparatively
They say there will be 2 mains 2 cold dishes in breakfast but its not fixed , one day there was one hot dish and 2 sandwiches , the other day two of each , only one cut fruit available
No eggs what so ever.
Washroom are neat rooms are okay
Room service is quick and efficient
