Well, nothing to regret. :)
Pros:

The only problem with the place is there is nowhere to park - for someone on crutches it actually is a problem. But otherwise the location is superb, and everything in the hotel too. My bad, I overoredered the breakfast but it was excellent.

Lack of parking in front (or anywhere near).

Cons:

Disappointing to be told the pool/sauna was out of action just a few days prior to arrival. Having later read the reviews it's clearly be out of action for months. Was given 2 days free breakfast for our 4 night stay which was weird / thrifty.

Cons:

We were given a 1 bedroom unit that was designed for a disabled person. The bathroom therefore featured large hand rails, wheelchair accessible shower and was overall very unappealing. Looking out of the living room windows there was garbage +++. The swimming pool was not available and we were only notified of that fact after we booked. The bed was quite uncomfortable and resulted in causing me back pain. It was my birthday and overall I was very disappointed.

Pros:

An exceptionally clean and well-maintained property with staff who truly go above and beyond. We stayed for five days and were easily accommodated for both an extremely late check-in and a very early check-out—having a 24/7 reception and in-room dining service made everything seamless. The furniture and bedding were incredibly comfortable; and the rooms were spacious, including the kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast service was phenomenal. The location is also excellent, within the CBD and close to public transport. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!
