Great hotel in good location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location and is quiet despite being in a busy area. The bed was very comfortable, with good quality linen. The facilities were clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Some bottled water in the room would have been good.
Filter coffee and china cups would have made the breakfast even better, rather than paper cups and coffee bags.

Location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great location for darling harbour, Chinatown, easy access to public transport, dining options. Spacious rooms, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable. Would have liked an extra blanket - i could have called for one but I also didn't want to be a bother

Great staff. Top area of the city. Good value. Enjoyed breakfast. Rooms are spacious and quiet.

Given a room upgrade was a nice surprise

Cons:

Outside area was filthy. Cigarette butts on the outdoor chairs. Empty water bottle on the ground. Area had not been cleaned or wiped down for months. Really needs a good hose and wipe down. Furniture is likely unsafe as it is brittle and old. But everything else was great. This was the only let down.
