Ubicació molt cèntrica. Cuina ben equipada.
Vam haver de rentar roba i l'hotel té un preu fixe de 75 AUD que és excessiu i que a més a més no té en compte la quantitat de roba que es neteja.
The room and the facilities particularly the bathroom and a wonderful breakfast.
The to Ridges in the code wasn't. Definite enough..location was not easy to the cab driver.

Loved Lachlan on front desk he was very engaging with ourselves and our young daughter. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and great options. Loved our arrival note and lollies for child. Great info at Front desk for how to get everywhere.
Was very dissapointed that we were not told the Pool was under Renos as this is one of the main reasons we stayed here. Also we had booked for 2 adults and one child (7) but were emailed at 8pm day before holiday to ask if child needed a bed at an extra charge of $80 per night. So unfortunatley we all shared our bed for the week. We also only got towels for 2 ppl and the only day we used housekeeping they took all 3 towels and still only left 2.... Its the small things that matter.

Location was great for walking to show we had booked, room was comfortable and clean.
Parking wasn't included cost $70 for night on-site, we weren't given correct information on where to park, parked in room number which was private parking and had to move car which involved walking down 6 levels of carpark as no access for guess pass b2. Yes we were "upgraded" but the view from tiny balcony was of a tree.
