Excellent holiday and high quality facilities.

Cons:

Charlie’s Bar could be less like a canteen and more like a pub. The staff, however, were very efficient and friendly.

Convenient location and improved service, but cleanliness issues and limited dining options affected the overall experie
Pros:

This hotel is very convenient due to its proximity to Málaga, as well as the facilities inside the hotel and rooms. The kitchen is especially very helpful.

Since in Málaga the food is quite expensive and the quality is lower compared to Barcelona and Madrid, having a kitchen makes a big difference. We also stayed here last year, but this year the hotel service was much better, and the bathrooms in the rooms were cleaner.

Cons:

The hallways were dirty, and there was no good restaurant in the hotel where you could spend the evenings without going out .The supermarket inside the hotel was also expensive.

Had a great stay disappointed we were put in a disabled room the hotel wasn’t busy
Pros:

The resort was spotless well kept and staff were excellent

Cons:

Restaurant had exactly same menu as last year gets boring as only one on site to eat in but the breakfast choice is excellent
