Perfect for our needs, would stay again.
Pros:

Easy access to Euston station. Small but comfortable room. Fabulous staff at check in, luggage storage available prior to check in. Restaurant and bar on site.

Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the appearance of the room was nice. Good location as well.

Cons:

The check in was a bit of a nightmare and one of the staff wasn't exactly the most friendliest I've come across. There was a half eaten snickers under my bed which made me question if the cleaners actually check these rooms properly. I would've taken a pic and complained but honestly I was so tired I couldn't be bothered. For the price that was paid I certainly expect better than this. I do a high volume of accomodation bookings for Anglian Water in the Kings Cross area and I can't say I'll booking this hotel again unfortunately.

Brilliant stay, can’t wait to return. Have used for business and pleasure trips a few times now.

Pros:

Good location, nice building. Room nicely decorated.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot, air conditioning not working. I was given a very noisy fan, but the windows could only be opened a tiny bit so the room could not cool down. I had the same issue when I stayed in this hotel before.
Room was very small (as common in London). Shower door didn’t close properly so the floor flooded. For the price of the hotel, this is not really what you’d expect.

Very good experience overall and would stay in this hotel again
Pros:

Good location for tube and Bloomsbury very interesting within walking distance of other attractions. Blue plaques everywhere!

Cons:

Just a few minor issues the room could have been bigger for a superior room and very little wardrobe space

Pros:

The room was clean and had air‑conditioning, which was great for summer . We had bottles of water refreshed daily, as well as coffee and tea. We had everything we needed for our 3‑night stay. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros:

Emplacement pratique. Proche gare et de plusieurs stations de métro. Assez calme malgré tout.

Cons:

Aucun sens du service. On nous a donné, pendant la canicule, une chambre sans climatisation sans nous prévenir et nous avons dû menacer de partir pour changer de chambre. Aucune excuse bien sûr. Salle de bain peu pratique : rien pour poser sa trousse de toilette. Pas de réfrigérateur

Cest la deuxieme fois que je viens et je le trouve hyper bien placé dans londres
Le personnel est adorable

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre
Javais une tache sur mon oreiller qui heureusement a ete changé directement
Aussi les murs de la salle de bain n’etaient pas tres propres
Et le lavabo le filtre a fait remonté des poils surement des anciens clients🤢
Egalement on avait eu un mail de confirmation pour un early checkin ou a finlement eu le checkin vers 13h (et non avant) sans frais heureusement
Pas de clim dans la reception et au petit dejeuner c’etait horrible j’ai preferé aller manger au starbucks a coté pour avoir la clim
