The hotel itself and location
Check in ease, helpful staff
Lift was faulty, appeared to be having issues during our stay. Bed was uncomfy
Great location, perfect for early Eurostar connection
Room far too hot. Aircon didn’t do anything. Winter weight duvet, so poor night’s sleep but otherwise not a bad room. Very small.
Breakfast was very good
Third time staying here its the perfect location so handy getting to everything. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is lovely.
Rooms are really nice too.
We shall continue to book here for our annual London trip.
For the price of the room, the bathroom lets it down a little. A lot of water limescale on show that makea it feel less like a 4 star hotel and some rough tiles on the shower floor but its not enough to put us off I just think for the hotel ita something that could be looked at improving.
Location was excellent. Very quiet but very central. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Clean, modern and everything you need for a short city break.
No fridge/mini bar
The room was nice and comfortable, plus the location was a bonus.
We had forgotten something in the room after we checked out and left the city for a couple pf days. After i went back to check and they said it was not there where 100% it was in the room. As all my belongings where taken from the hotel into my car and came back with my car so there is no other place it was left behind. The staff at reception although i know its not there fault could of been more compassionate. The housekeeping either didnt do a good job checking the room before another guest stayed or i dont want to be so forward but it was 100% in the room. And i told the staff the exactly location of my stuff in the room so they do need to have a talk with there staff. Its not acceptable for people’s belongings to disappear.
The location was ideal for
Me as it is very near to Kings Cross station and also Euston station
The room was very small unlike the pictures provided so that was misleading .
Safe was not working
Bathroom was also tiny
Pillows were not comfortable
There is no cupboard in the room or any space for luggage
The twin beds are single beds
Breakfast was good though and staff were very friendly .
Très bel hôtel situé à côté de la gare du Eurostar ce qui est très pratique. Un service de consigne à bagages est proposé gratuitement pour les clients de l’hôtel. Très pratique le jour du départ. Les chambres sont très propres mais très petites. Salle de bain vraiment exiguë. Beau petit déjeuner un peu cher (24£). Cet hôtel est juste à côté du British Museum.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious restaurant with good food. Smart TV was large and very nice, though the 'fixed' max volume was still too low for quality sound meaning we needed subtitles.
Room was smaller than I was expecting - felt a little cramped around the end and one side of the bed. Bathroom was v small and sort of a wet room, but not really; shower unit doesn't have full closed door so some of the bathroom floor outside the shower gets rather wet.

I was told a room on level 6 until they discovered I booked through booking.com and was placed on the 1st floor with a shockingly bad view and no fridge in the room!!!
