Sin agua caliente y ruidos toda la noche
Pros:

La ubicación está bien y el parking a $25 la noche también.

Cons:

Esto era un antiguo motel. Aunque ahora se anuncia como hotel, el formato sigue siendo el mismo. Las habitaciones no están bien aisladas acústicamente y se oyen todos los gritos y ruido de la calle. No había agua caliente en la ducha. El baño no estaba muy limpio. En general, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Payed went to room wouldn't even let my family inside the room look like a Crack house.
The sofa and chairs were filthy we checked out lost money for leaving this motel

It is so dated - i assume the pictures are either more than 20 years old or stolen from an other Hotel. - Windows dont operate and Floor is sticky - but you get what you pay for

Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala y no recomendaríamos este alojamiento.
Al entrar en la habitación, el suelo estaba muy sucio; bastaba con caminar un poco descalzo para acabar con los pies negros. Lo peor es que, a pesar de pedir varias veces que limpiaran la habitación, siempre nos decían que sí, pero nunca lo hacían. La segunda vez incluso nos dijeron que la limpiarían al tercer día y, cuando llegó ese día, tampoco la limpiaron. En definitiva, nos dieron largas y no cumplieron con lo que nos habían dicho.
Además, faltaban toallas y la ducha dejaba muchísimo que desear: no había agua caliente y salía tan poca agua que ducharse se hacía eterno.
En general, la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la atención recibida fueron muy deficientes. Una experiencia decepcionante que no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. No lo recomendamos.

Good room, price, and location but be careful with the front staff, they arent very bright.
Pros:

Good if you’re on a budget and essentially want to be in the middle of the city. Clean rooms but old.

Cons:

Make sure that either one of the morons at front desk actually take your deposit before they give you everything for the room. Both sides believed they were getting scammed cause they screwed up initially and we believed he took it cause why wouldn’t he? Every other hotel makes sure to get the deposit. Eventually we figured out what happened but if they had done things properly it wouldn’t have happened. Be careful with the front staff, besides that it’s a decent budget stay.

I will never again book with them
Pros:

The toom was very dirty and smelling like cigarette smoke when they was supposed to be no smoking I asked for another room they claimed they were all booked so I asked for a refund and they said they would so I went and book another room some where else and I was still charged for it very disappointed

Was worth it for the price/distance to where we were going but likely will not return.
Pros:

It was a block away from the venue we were visiting. The couch was easy to convert into the bed version. There was also a sushi place nearby that was very good and priced similar to where we're from.

Cons:

There was broken tiles by the entrance to the bathroom, which was an extremely narrow path between the wall and one of the beds. Also, the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the person who slept on it had excessive back pain the next day. There was also a very loud noise that was causing one of the walls to vibrate in the middle of the night (around midnight or 1 am, unsure of the exact time), which we were not aware would happen and woke all of us up.
