SF Central Hotel

Room was not as advertised. Did not stay at location.

Old outdated motel didn't feel the safest parking my car overnight and door to room looked like it had been pried open in the past

The stay was average. Good parking for a fee. Walkable to verity of food location.

My stay was very comfortable. The staff is always accommodating. It always amazes me. The blank said go to to make sure that they exceed your expectations.

The property is aged and the room was noisy. The floor in the guest room floors were absolutely filthy.

Over priced for no amenities and unsecured parking

Overall, it was a good experience.

It was basic but provided a good night’s rest. Don’t expect a 5 star, or a three star. You get what you pay for. Staff are nice but very much straight to the point. Parking is extra.

The front desk staff was very helpful and assisted me at my arrival. I found the room to be cleaner and in better condition than many other hotels within the same price range. I would recommend staying here again to any of my friends from out of town who need a good location in the center of the city to rest for the night and still have a few bucks to afford a decent breakfast in the morning.

It is centrally located and close to homeless area. Not necessarily unsafe, but busy area. On the upside, it’s close to restaurants and the Castro District. It’s convenient and close to public transportation.

Work related needed , needs to live close from worksite / work proximity

I would not stay again

There were crackheads all up and down the hallway trying to get into my room sleeping on the floor. I had to call the front desk. They said security clear people out. The area is beautiful all around just a lot of crazy people good value for the price. I guess you’re still Room is a little bit cleaner.

I enjoyed my stay. The room I was given was exactly what I booked and came with a little extra space and a few additional windows. However, one of the room windows was cracked, but didn’t affect my security deposit nor my stay. That cracked window did make a negative difference to the room temperature. I constantly had to switch on the heater - which was a minor inconvenience.

I did find it odd, though, that only one power outlet only worked & the tv was bolted into the dresser by the bed. The tv was also in Spanish which was inconvenient, as well.

Room was otherwise clean, comfortable and provided me a nice rest which is what I paid for. All in all, great stay. Thank you to sf central front desk and house keeping.

$100 Cash or $100 on a debit/credit card accepted for their security deposit. Deposit is $100 for entire stay not per night.
