Lots of problems .
Pros:

Chris at the front desk was exceptional with customer service.

Cons:

The hotel was occupied with displaced families living in the hotel. Daily visits from Welfare and legal authorities.
Screaming kids running through commons area
Drug addicts running in and out of rooms and hiding in the stairs.
While the rooms are non smoking the smell of Marijuana comming into my room. And as I came in late after an event I was told by security the night desk person wanted me to go to me room while I smoking a cigarette.
I was in the parking lot near the stairs
The room is non smoking
So I went out side to smoke away from other rooms!

Pros:

Aside from sleeping with critters I didn’t bring, the broken shower rod, and a fan that actively refused to participate, it was a great visit!

A good choice, especially for an emergency situation, I was experiencing.
Pros:

Nice place to stay, right off the freeway, close to downtown SF.
Best staff interaction, especially with Chris. I made a terrible mistake in booking room. He was very very patient with me, as I tried to correct my mistake. Even assisted me with phone App, as he saw me struggle.
Being elderly and disabled, I'm glad I picked SF Central!
Cleaning Staff was nice and professional, provided extra blankets and coffee as requested.
Definitely would stay again!

Buen ubicación, falta de mantención
Pros:

No tuvimos nunca desayuno. Si lo había nunca se nos ofreció

Cons:

Falto de mantención. Las cañerías del agua caliente de la ducha sonaban por vibración al bañarse.-
La fotografía de la página de Booking es engañosa- Pafreciera que el edificio de 6 o 7 pisos es parte del hotel y no lo es. El hotel son solo las 3 plantas de abajo.-

Good stay; huge disappointment.

Cons:

We arrived after a long day of travel and the clerk said something about having given us a free upgrade. I didn’t hear the details. Turned out he traded my requested king bed to double queens with a 12 inch path to the bathroom. No upgrade at all. I was not happy and told him so the next day. No explanation.

Our room was filthy. The wifi didn’t work, the knob of the shower was broken, the shower didn’t get hot water, holes in the walls.

Pros:

Was located close enough to the city center

Cons:

Staff tried to say we only paid for on night and woke us up in the morning (we paid for three).
The rooms did not resemble the pictures
The lock on the bathroom didn’t work
The other tenents were not very friendly
Also told us on the day there was a deposit when it did not say that prior to booking.
Advertised as a hotel is a motel at best
The key cards stopped working twice
