Pros:

The staff were friendly, approachable and prompt in helping us. The facilities are well designed. The complementary soap, shampoo etc. are of great quality. The food options are also great.

Worst, horrible and nightmarish experience.
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast starts from 08.30 am which is delivered from outside.. The restaurant is in 4th floor. But the lift goes only up to 3rd floor.
They can as well do away with the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

Staff attitude - one of the man's (at the reception counter) tone and body language was minatory.
Except Mr.Kannan and another staff who attends to the AC and TV complaints, rest have no concept of hospitality culture.
On the first night (15/06/2026) of our stay, the guests in the next room were noisy under the influence for the whole night. But nobody from the hotel management stopped them. In fact, they failed to provide safety and security to law abiding citizens.
Similarly, on 16/06/2026 night, the staff were making noise by pulling the furniture and shouting from the fourth floor (we were staying at third floor).

A good stay disappointed

I have stayed here multiple times before, but this visit was quite disappointing.

During this stay, some staff members made us uncomfortable by repeatedly staring at us whenever we stepped out of the room. It felt intrusive and unnecessary.

The complimentary breakfast timing is 8:30–9:30 AM. On one of the days, we arrived exactly at 9:30, yet the staff member questioned us about our check-in time and whether we were aware of the timings. Despite explaining that we were just on time, we were told to “make it fast,” which came across as disrespectful. Guests arriving at the end of the service window should be treated with courtesy, not rushed or questioned.

We also had a minor incident where a few drops of curry stained the bedsheet while eating in the room. For this, we were charged ₹100 for “damage.” This felt unreasonable for such a small, accidental spill.

Overall, this experience was very different from my previous stays. Unfortunately, this visit has changed my perception, and I may not choose to stay here again.

Good Stay but Disappointing Check-in Handling

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall stay inside the room was pleasant and met expectations.

Cons:

The experience with the morning receptionist was disappointing. We were first allowed inside without checking the timing, but later asked to pay ₹500 for just 1.5 hours of early check-in. When we raised concern, we were told to wait outside and keep our luggage back in the car despite having already paid. This felt inconvenient and poorly handled.
