Club Wyndham Santa Barbara

The best of this place is the staffing. Jose is a valuable person, he provides an excellent service at the front desk.

The rooms were very large, comfortable and clean.

The staff at the Santa Barbara are fantastic. It would be hard to understate, to a person, how kind, helpful, and professional they were.

RCI and Wyndham, however, will lie and manipulate you as much as humanly possible. I have never met so many dishonest and disingenuous people in my life as dealing with RCI and the Wyndham staff at their Club Wyndham sales manipulation office or the concierge desk at the Santa Barbara where the Wyndham/RCI reps lied four separate times to us in a span of ten minutes. The "licensed real estate agent" at the sale center - it is the most aggressive sale pitch I have ever experienced - told us he started Disney Cruise lines, opened Sandals Jamaica, and at one time owned "the biggest company in America". He has dozens of awards next his table for being the best at what he does in that office - lying is how they sell you. After you finally say no enough, they tell you that you need to speak to someone else to compete a survey - spoiler there is no survey - it is just another salesperson aggressively demanding why you were not interested and giving you new "options" to give them your money. The original salesman was chauvinistic and insulted dozens of different professions in his word attempt to try to connect with us. The second saleswoman became angry and leapt out of her chair the second she realized we would not change our mind - refusing to even answer simple questions about the Uber back to the Santa Barbara from the gold resort thy make you go to in order to sit through this travesty.

And don't think you can avoid this by completing the "presentation" before you arrive - I had already sat through this exact exercise in manipulation months before and we still had to do it all over again.

If you somehow can come to the Wyndham Santa Barbara without using RCI or Wyndham, it is a wonderful stay and the resort staff are amazing. But avoid Wyndham and RCI at all costs - they are terrible.

Was a wonderful stay. Exceptional hospitality and welcoming from all staff. Very well organized fast check in even before hours, and extended stay if you need. Suits are cleaned and well furnished. You find all what you need.
If you’re a time share owner you’ll have privilege to use the facilities of Royal Vesta resort which is across the street.
Lot of activities, free coffee till noon, free bobcorn someday and free ice cream other days.
You can use Circuit which is free shuttle within pombano beach and reception can help you to order it , it can take you where you want. The heated pools are awesome and hot tub is great. Not very crowded most of the time . You can access beach and beach activities from Royal vesta and it’s nice and safe and clean beach.
Help desk is there always to help and give you guidance for the places to go and about the area.
Free drinks sometimes to cool your day and many options in the reset to enjoy the day
You may get ocean view suit if it’s available but butter to ask upon reservation.
Free laundry machines in every floor so you don’t worry about cash or getting dirt.
Hot tub in your suit is for sure big fun for families or couples

All staff are amazing

This was even better than expected,apartments were clean and spacious.good supply of beach towels .pool was clean and had a good atmosphere ,bbq if you wanted to cook own food .Activity centre and great lounge with free coffee in the day ,gave us free hot dogs on Memorial Day. We were able to use wyndham la vista opposite which was beachside with 2 pools and child pool.An excellent cafe for food and good beach tiki bar.you could put food and drink to your room.Deandra on reception was excellent .We shall be back in July .Thank you all for great service .

Deandra was absolutely incredible. Her hospitality began with a thoughtful phone call before we even arrived and continued throughout our entire stay. She greeted us by name multiple times each day, was consistently sweet and attentive, and genuinely made us feel cared for. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it made such a difference in our experience. We adored her.

Gerardson was equally wonderful. He patiently helped us with questions more than once and was always so kind, calm, and soft-spoken. He has such a peaceful, welcoming presence that immediately puts you at ease.

Aaliyah greeted us every single time we saw her with the sweetest smile and wave. Those small moments of warmth and friendliness never went unnoticed and added so much to the atmosphere of our stay.

Honestly, I can’t remember ever asking hotel staff for their names before, but these three left such an impression on us that we specifically wanted to recognize them in our review. They were exceptional.

Check-in was seamless, and from the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. The grounds and pool area were absolutely immaculate, our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and parking could not have been easier. Every detail seemed thoughtfully cared for. It was impressive to see how smoothly everything operated and how well the staff worked together to keep the property beautiful and running perfectly. Best of all, everyone seemed happy to be there, which created such a positive and relaxing atmosphere.

We also loved the close proximity to the beach and the shared amenities with the Wyndham across the street. It was such an easy, enjoyable walk before our feet were in the sand and we were soaking up the ocean breeze.

We truly loved our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. This hotel gave us more than just a place to stay — it gave us an experience we’ll remember fondly. We would recommend this beautiful property to absolutely anyone without hesitation and have no doubt they’ll leave just as impressed as we were.

Resort is a great location. They have another property across the street directly on the beach that you can use their pools and have drinks at their Tiki bar. We were in the studio until which had everything we needed for just the two of us.
Had pizza and drinks at Stingers a short walk between the two resorts. Cute bar/restaurant that’s been there for 30 years.
Will definitely go back to the Santa Barbara.

We arrived in Pompano Beach after a horrible experience at another hotel and honestly didn’t know what to expect…. From the moment we walked into Club Wyndham Santa Barbara, everything changed.

Starting with the manager on shift and continuing with every single staff member we encountered, we were treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. During a very stressful time, the entire team stepped in and helped us when we needed assistance the most.

This is customer service at the highest level. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and taken care of. My husband and I are so incredibly grateful and thankful for everything the team did for us.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone there — you truly made all the difference and turned our trip around!
